      Several times I have been to the ****************, ******* location and have had several employees here blow one of my veins and/or stick me with the needle incorrectly and when they mess you up they will defer you or call the cops on you because you get upset and tell them that theyre wrong. They belittle the people that come in to donate treating you like a homeless person needing $2 and when they make a mistake they offer you $5 for your time. Theyre very insulting and take no accountability for their actions. If you question them about their training, they defer you, they blow one of your veins- you cant donate until youre healed. Donations are supposed to be for a good cause but the workers there make u feel desperate, homeless and devalued. Please please hire new and caring people. I wouldnt wanna go to these horrible people who rob you for your time and donations and talk to you like youre worthless. Bad bad experience always with them. Im sure if a lawsuit comes up I can only imagine how many people theyve treated unfairly would join in on the physical and verbal abuse.

      Donor was called via phone. States she did not make the complaint/review even though the name and phone number are hers, but the email is not. ***** stated she did not have any complaints or concerns against the center.

      Horrible experience 3rd time donating plasma. Girl who stuck me was super inexperienced and had to have someone come over.. machine is paused. The girl who came to help gets it and is wondering why it's not working. The other girl laughs and says oops I forgot to unpause the machine. The original girl says WTF ! Well that means infiltration of vein. So over to next arm. Nope they ruined that too. Now my arms are so bruised no donating for 2 weeks at least. They *************** me over for new donor bonus. I absolutely made them pay me after ruining both **** by no fault of my own. Terrble terrible business.

      Always friendly and quick. Never had an issue here. Knowledgeable, in and out quickly.
