    ***** Franchini is an architect.He agreed to design and prepare the submittal packet to the city agreeing to our tight timeline. From the beginning he had communication problems such as not responding to emails or texts with in ***** hours. We had to call him and text him dozens of times to get answer from him.***** mentioned to us and my real estate agent that the structural engineers stamp had already been submitted to the city with the submittal packet 4 weeks ago. ( December 8th) I kept asking for the proof of stamp but he did not respond to my request for weeks. I called him, emailed him and texted him to get in touch.I asked for the contact of the structural engineer on 1/4/2025 and he replied on 01/06/2025 with the contact.I called the engineer on 1/06/2025 to find out that the document had just been sent to the engineer on 01/05/2025. We were told by ***** that the stamped document had already been sent to the city three weeks ago and he will give us the copy. We were very shocked that ***** had been lying about not getting the stamp yet from the engineer until I called the engineer on 01/06/3025.I tried to call ***** many times but he does not pick up his phone. This is a very unprofessional conduct that has destroyed trust within our relationship. ***** is not honest to conduct his business and he cannot communicate with a client. I did not expect this and would like to file a complaint. Also if possible, ***** to contact us and explain the situation. He promised to us and my real estate agent over a group call that he will be responding to our emails or texts or phone calls within 24hrs. He had absolutely failed to keep promises but instead had lied to us about it.
