    We had a very disappointing experience with ***** Franchini and Franchini Design Group. From the start, communication was a major issue. He was consistently unresponsive, making it incredibly difficult to get updates or have any meaningful dialogue about the project. The quality of work was far below expectations. There was no regard for the timeline. Deadlines were repeatedly missed without any valid explanations or attempts to catch up. After a painfully long time, he supplied designs that lacked the creativity and precision one would expect from a professional. The permit set he created was not complete enough for structural permits and we made the decision to part ways - we then had to hire a licensed architect to finish the job. Overall, working with ***** Franchini was frustrating and unproductive. I would not recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable and professional architect.

    I understand that communication was a major issue, and I regret that we did not keep you adequately informed throughout the project. It's important to us that our clients feel supported and updated.
    I also want to acknowledge that the scope, budget, and permitting requirements for your project changed several times throughout the design and construction document phase.  While we strive to adapt to evolving needs, I recognize that this may have contributed to frustrations regarding timelines and expectations. Additionally, you were not billed the full amount from the original contract, as we aimed to be considerate of the circumstances and allow you to finalize your project with someone you felt more comfortable with.


    Regarding the quality of our work, we always aim to deliver designs that meet our clients' standards, and Im disappointed to hear we fell short in this case, even though the preliminary designs were approved multiple times prior to proceeding. Your feedback is invaluable as we reassess our processes to better serve our clients in the future.
