    I made my initial purchase on 9/18/2023 In 4 different transaction since they were 4 different gifts. Transaction#s 2794,2792,2791 and ****. I finally received my order weeks later. Upon the arrival of my order I made my first complaint. 10/8 The hoops I received were rusted and broken in pieces, I submitted photos as requested. I patiently waited for a response. Initially the sent me videos on how to reassemble the product without considering the rusted old parts. Finally I received a response on my file being sent to returns and people reviewing everything for an entire month. Once the return department received my profile they have been working on a processing error that should be fixed in 48 hours. For the last 3 months the company had dragged me along and nothing has come of my refund for the rusted junk I was given. I continue to email daily, they do not provide a contact number or anything beyond an email. When I made the purchase I was under the impression I was buying from Infinity hoop it wasnt until I received the package is when I saw Infinite hula hoop.

    I ordered their product back in August. Did not receive it until September. When it arrived it was not what they advertised and it was also broken. I immediately contacted the company via email and they told me eventually once I got a hold of them that I would be refunded. This is after I had sent them pictures of the broken product .Every time I ask where my refund is at, they just say there was a glitch and I would have my refund within 48 hours. It now has been 2 months since they've told me this and I still have no refund. They also do not have a phone number for me to contact them to speak to somebody. It is all through email which is very frustrating because it takes a few days for them to contact me back.

    The sizing is not accurate and the quality is not what I expected. I contacted them July 23, 2023. The day it was delivered. They gave me a lot of empty promises ever since. Telling me the refund was being processed never received. Even told me there was a shipping label created. Ive attached some of the communications

    I purchased 2 Infinite Hula Hoops on August 18, 2023. I do not remember when they arrived. Shortly thereafter, upon learning they did not fit (despite following their size chart), I requested a refund. I complied with their request for a picture of the item. Ive been assured, multiple times, that theyre working on my request, request was approved, should be in my account in so many days, they had problems with their technologyThe first request for a refund was on September 19, 2023. My order numbers are #**** and #****. One order was $59.99 and the other one was $54.95, which was promptly deducted from my bank account on August 18, 2023.

    This company is HORRIBLE and should not be allowed to be in business. It is a TOTAL SCAM!!They they take your money, and when you realize their product is junk, they lead you on and ***** you in emails until you miss the return window. They are thieves!! I have been going back and forth with them since I ordered their product on August 15th, it is now October 24th, and 34 emails later.. And still no return label or refund.But their website says "easy returns"... Every time I get an email from "****" I am always told I should be getting my refund in the next 3 to 5 business days, it never comes. THIS IS A SCAM!!

    Details:1. mid-end July 2023 2. Cost is $59.99 3. I have been advised multiple times via email (I have all the emails if needed unfortunately the system will not allow me to upload the emails here) that I was definiately in the time period to receive a refund and they keep stringing me along.4. They have not followed through with their promise for a refund both through the original processing center as well as a promise (that was supposedly approved by the president of Infinite Hula Hoop) to have the refund sent **** and then also via overnight. 5. They keep stringing me along with promises and they do not fulfill their promises.6. Order number is **** 7. I saw the advertisement for Infinity Hula Hoop in TikTok and got directed somehow to Infinite Hula Hoop. I didn't see the name difference until I received it. 8. The product was too small and the day that I received it July 27, 2023 asked about how to return it.

    Placed Order on Friday September 22, 2023. Never received an email confirmation, but the charge went through on my credit card. Called customer service number listed on the website. a machine engages and tells you to email support. I email support to get order number and confirmation number. No response until Thursday 9/28/23 which is just a blanket we are looking into it message. More emails, and calls. I even posted to ******** page to get some kind of answer - NOTHING. It has been 2 weeks and i have no product, no response, and i had to file a dispute with my credit card to get money back.

    I purchased the hoop on the site www.infinity-hoop.com 

     

    I was given the offer for the free waist band and i ordered the blue 28 link option. I attached a photo from the website that order was placed from.

    I have asked for refund and have been hassled about a refund for plastic junk. There is no way this product is worth $54 and I would like a refund. They have stalled me in emails.
