Same as others - thought I was buying the Infinity Hoop but it was this knockoff. It doesn't work at all, they'll send you 100 troubleshooting steps to try to run out the time. They've told me they would process a refund 5 times but never do. I've filed a dispute with my credit card.

I ordered originally off of tick Tok and I thought I was ordering the infinity hoop but it somehow redirected me to Infinite hoop. then when I got the hoop it came with now instructions. I put the hoop and ball together and had a hard time getting together. It had weight to it so it did not spin correctly. I contacted Infinity hoop support because that was who I thought I got it from. they had no record of me purchasing. So after go back into my email I realize I was scammed into getting the Infinite hoop. So, I email their support explain that i didn't get any instructions or weight with my hoop. They said to put my own weight in. so I did but then the screws were stripped on the ball. sent another email they told me to read instructions which I already told them I did not get. I at this point requested a refund. this was on August 8th and they keep giving me excuses why the refund has not been processed yet. I was told on August 27th was told I would have refund within 5 days. Now I am told there is a technical issue, and it will be another 72 hours.

Infinite Hula Hoop has horrible customer service. Yes they respond; however, they drag you on until you no longer meet their return/refund criteria. You email (only - no phone number) to so called "managers" that are not able to process your request. I am coming up to the end of the 30 day timeline that they advised me of in all the emails I have. They had been saying that I will be able to still do the return/refund without being penalized and then just yesterday I was advised that "Exception for Return: I've (****) escalated your case to management (her signature says she is customer service manager) for priority attention. While I can't guarantee an immediate exception, we're work on it." ************ is more and more feeling like a scam.
