  bait and switch ! they advertised a truck for ******** on ********* I sent it to my boyfriend for him to view it and he liked the truck so much so He went down and bought it. when I showed up. I realized he paid $5000 more than what it was advertised on ********* It was too late. The deal had already been done, but I let ****** (the owner) know i knew what he had done . tried to say that it was the extended warranty in gap insurance that made it A $25,000 purchase versus a $17,000 purchase. THAT MATH DOEST ADD UP ******. he also called me dude what the heck ?? also, they were supposed to meet us at 11 and we waited for over an hour before they finally decided to show up with a boat attached to our truck. The owner said he told my boyfriend that he was going to do that but my boyfriend does not recall that . When I asked the owner about it, he said well technically is it your truck Who says that to a customer? these are the raccoons of the human population , just fighting for scraps wherever they can get them . even if it means taking advantage of a disabled veteran, someone who fought for our country that they dont even care about.

  Buyer Beware! FORGED SIGNATURES on vehicle contract! SALES TAX not paid by Dealer until threatened by lender- paid 4.5 monts late! NO EXTENDED WARRANTY - Money pocketed by Dealer. NO GAP INSURANCE as sold to us! ********** (******), owner and salesman of Truck City RV completely hosed us over! Too much to write the entire story, but completely unprofessional, his office smells like cigars in which our little boys were in while we were purchasing the vehicle. He called me "Dude" multiple times via text, and I am a female. I purchased a 2013 GMC Denali Dually Pickup and I paid $4500.00 for a 4 year, ****** mile extended warranty that he never put in place. I agreed and signed off on an additional $1,000.0 for GAP insurance, which was never put in place. If it wasn't for the lender - WSECU, I wouldn't have ever known that he submitted a contract on my behalf with FORGED SIGNATURES. He has called me multiple times, begging me to LIE to WSECU and to say "that our deal was going back and forth and I that I ran in late and resigned a contract!" This is NOT true! This did not happen. 5 witnesses heard him say this in my barn. DO NOT DO DEALS WITH THESE PEOPLE NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE DEAL SEEMS! He is now in breach of contract with WSECU and is being demanded to buy the loan back by them, in which case he will then assume ownership of the vehicle and I am left without the truck I traded in, OR the one I purchased. I will see it thru that he gets investigated for every Extended Warranty he's ever sold. If you have purchased one, check into it!

  Dishonest business. Do not buy from this business! RV issues to be 'fixed' weren't done or were substandard. A few examples: told batteries would be replaced with new ones. They weren't. Batteries totally died 8 miles from business location. Told to take care of trying to jumpstart ourselves. Generator wasn't starting either. Found out later oil change was not done. Oil plug in Generator was essential welded in place and couldn't be removed. Oil had to be siphoned out - slug thickness. Obviously dishonest representation. Contract to fix broken overhead bed. They replaced motor but not bed. Bed started to come down over driver and got stuck over windshield viewing area. Couldn't see to drive rv. They tore controller apart to get it temporarily go up into place but left everything torn apart. No actual 'fix'. Trim replaced in main living area fell down after 2 weeks. Refrigerator was not attached and fell out while driving. Found out wheels were still also in place! Water heater quit after 2 weeks. DEF system had to get replaced after a few weeks. Deceleration had started. Suspension bar had to get replaced to drive safely. Shocks were loose. One was knocking - it was so bad. Waited for title the designated time. Called to find out where it was since not received. Told they'd had it for 2 weeks and 'forgot ' about it. I had to drive over to get it. I could go on and on. To date unexpected costs have been over $10,000! Absolutely do NOT recommend buying from these people. They do not follow through or standby their word.

  Stay away traded in our fifth wheel on a motorhome. The motorhome caught fire on way home. It's been six weeks and they still haven't paid off our trade in they have it for sale and wrote finance company an insufficient check. Extremely shady business. It seems to me they are robbing ***** the pay **** and have no problem lying and being shady s******* people over. Will be retaining an attorney.

  We do apologize that this happened to you. The motorhome catching fire was no fault of ours, unfortunately things can go wrong with used motorhomes. We paid off the 5th wheel, refunded your service contract in full, and refunded your licensing fees as well. It may not have been done the second we received the 5th wheel, but we did take care of everything. We do apologize for the inconvenience and the time it did take, as these things can take time. The owner was honest with your husband the whole time, and he was told why there were any delays. It is all done now and has been for a while. Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience.

  These guys are scammers-we had an inspection done on a unit and of course it found significant safety issues and other major rvs. They disparaged the inspector and claimed he was incompetent.These guys aren't honest.

  We are sorry you felt that way. The inspector that you used, found mostly cosmetic issues and does not even test drive it. He is now banned from our lot, not because of dishonesty on our part. Older RVs are going to have small issues. They are not going to be brand new. RVs get issues just sitting doing nothing, it happens. We also reimbursed you your fee for the inspection and your deposit.
