    I purchased a safe on 11-07-23 from a ************************* and was told the particular safe was on back order and a member of the delivery staff would be contacting me in a few week's. I never heard from anyone so I started calling every month and emailing. He actually picked the phone up once and told me they had sold so many safes that the manufacturer was trying to catch up. Obviously that was just another lie. It's should be pretty obvious that there is a form of fraud being conducted here. And I'm curious why the BBB or Washinton state attorney generals office hasn't shut this guy down. After reading all the other complaints I'm definitely feeling ripped off. And I'm still wonder why legal action hasn't been taken against ****************** .

    I corresponded with a Steel Mountain ******** representative through email after finding a safe through their online site. I completed a purchase of a safe paying in full on November 29th, 2023. It was stated I would receive it in approximately **************************************************************************** any of their representatives. I have attempted to correspond in any way feasible to get a full refund of the purchase that was not fullfilled, or never attempted fullfillment.

    I purchased a safe and was told shipment would be delayed for a couple weeks, then a couple more weeks and had pretty good communication til Jan 11th ****. Then after several attempts email phone calls and texts, they will not return my calls. They have been paid for a safe and no safe has been shipped or delivered. It's a bad risk with these folks.

    Purchased a safe from them years ago and was very happy and everything went well. Decided to purchase a safe for my in-laws as a thank you when they stepped up and helped our farm this fall after my parents were in a car crash. Ordered the safe in early October. They initially called my in-laws and set up a delivery date. As that date approached they called and mentioned the safe was on backorder and they were waiting on it to arrive. So we wait patiently to hear from them. Long story short we have waited 4 months and there has been no contact from them. We feel scammed and like we have been ripped off!You call their phone number off their website and it takes you to a medical device salesman that's not even related to their business. Digging around on their website more I found a second phone number. The secretary claims to not know anything and simply says we will get a call back. They don't call you back and have made 0 effort to contact us about this. I will be asking for a full refund now after waiting 4 months! At best they are not good at keeping up with customers once they have paid and have your money. Or as it appears, they are running a shady business and make no effort to respond to your calls or deliver the product you buy!!

    I purchased a safe back in December 2023 and was told someone from the company would get ahold of me after the holidays to set up delivery of my purchase! I have not heard from anyone, I have sent several emails and have called several times and still no one is responding at this point I feel like I have been scammed!

    Safe was purchased and an agreed delivery time was set. Contacted day before delivery and told the wrong safe was shipped. Then told a new date weeks out. No further contact. I contacted company several times with out resolution. I requested a refund and was told it would take a few days. two weeks have passed and company has not met their promise to refund **** have been extremely patient but am feeling scammed.
