      ************* Pricing! REI Flagship store in ******** ******, ** had 3 Qt Hyro Flask outdoor bowls listed on sale for $37.93 instead of the full price of $55. There were 3 blue bowls and 1 white one on the shelf directly above this reduced price tag. When I got to the register, they rang up at full price. I told the cashier, that's not right they're on sale for $37.93. The cashier looked up the product and said, "Oh, that color isn't included at the sale price. It's only the green, yellow, or white colors. Not the blue". There were not green or yellow bowls in that size and there was only 1 white bowl behind the 3 blue ones on the shelf. So CLEARLY deceptive pricing!

      Buyer Beware!! REI used to be the single best resource for outdoor goods but it seems that customer service and following through on orders no longer exists. I placed an order for member only products with the help of the customer service team after they confirmed the item was indeed in stock. Then two business days later they up and cancel the order because the item is now out of stock. Where this gets really odd and seemingly fraudulent, the only solution that REI offered me was to buy another similar product at a higher cost. I went from having bought two items for ~$40 to now being expected to pay ~$110+ I have been a member since 2014 and have never encountered this kind of process issue at any retailer ever. Please use another vendor if you are looking for something for use outdoors.

      Never ever do business with them! Incredibly rude, mean and unreasonable customer service! I was a loyal customer and bought some items from they a while ago and there were some issues like damaged, soiled and wrong versions. I sent them photo proof but they denied problems. I called them but they didn't want to help and even asked me to stop calling them! When I chatted with them, they disconnected me before the problem was solved! Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is a false advertisement. They eliminate these who they don't like and the rest became 100% satisfied. They are thieves as well, as they revoked my membership card which has 10% rebate associated all my orders!
