      Got told by ******* ******** to f*** you and f*** off. I thought the office people were bad, nope, same with Bulfinch. I cant lift and Im in pain and I cant get a job because of my pain and cannot lift.

      Impossible to reach, awful customer service experience. I was charged arbitrary health care services that did not pertain to me. Of course after calling numerous times, the billing department was never available. Or my particular doctor's office, would also never answer the phone. How convenient that they charge you far above the average for services, and be impossible to reach. As you can tell from other reviews, I'm not the only one to experience this.

      Misleading billing - was charged hundreds for a general lab draw. Their billing was 3x what a lab charges - they send you to collections without calling or proper notification. They dont call you back and they disconnect by hanging up on you. Worst customer service and worst billing team.

      Medical Malpractice and Physcian Abuse I was treated at this hospital for heart issues. I came in not once but twice. The first time the hospital did not care, ran a few tests, nothing showed up so they said and I was sent home. I was having a heart attack! I came back within 48 hours and met a new ER doctor who slightly took the matter more serious. When they conducted a Anoplasty Procedure with Die contrast they found that I my LAD was 80% blocked and had other blockages as well, They proceeded to take the matter more serious. They fixed the issue by putting in a stent. I was required to stay a night. No sooner did I get wheeled into my recovery room and hooked up to monitors, ************************** came into my room, yelling, berating, lecturing me in front of my wife accussing me of not taking care of myself and my diabeties. Never in my life was I so offended. I was in no condition to argue back. I asked the urse on duty to refuse letting this doctor back in my room. She said she would but then came the morning and he was back. He toned his demeanor down a bit but he was still arguemenative and lecturing me. He ignored my **** medical records, my covid 19 and sepses infection from 13 months prior. He just accussed me of not careing about my diabeties, I complained to the hospital, ****** responded. They admitted his tone towards patients is brash and that just his way! It's unacceptable. I have reported this matter to the ************* and am preparing to file a formal complaint against the hospital. This is not the hospital you want to go to for heart related issues. The advertise at the Sunnyside Movie Theatre that they in fact have compassion for their heart patients. This is not true and false advertising if they condone actions of their doctors like **************************. Patients should be aware before going to this hospital. ****** reviews show many 1 star cases. History of poor treatment to patients.
