    On September 20, 2024 I purchased ****** worth of skincare products from a store in a mall called NW Cosmetics. The man who sold me the product was named ***. While showing me the products, I had told *** that I had recently had breast cancer and under went chemotherapy and since having that my skin was very sensitive to lotions and makeup and he assured me that it would be ok and if for any reason I did not like the product I could return it with a money back guarantee as long as it was within 7 days. I made it a point to ask that because I was spending so much money. I went home and tried the product that night and I had an awful reaction to it, leaving my face red and swollen with bumps and welts all over it, I had to take ******** to stop the reaction. On September ******* 4 days later I went back to the mall and went to the store to return the product and the store was closed, I asked the store next door to it if they were always closed on a Thursday and the sales associates told me that they would be back on Monday, they were at a fair in eastern **********. So I returned on Monday and as I was walking to the store I saw *** and I called out to him and asked him if he remembered me and if I could have 5 minutes of his time to discuss returning the product. He very rudely told me No and told me he was going to eat and there was nothing he he could for me I was past the 7 day refund policy and he didn't have to do a thing for me, I tried to tell him he was closed and I did try and bring it back he then told And I quote him " Tough ****, I got paid my commission, so I don't care either way and I then asked for his managers info and he told me that he didn't care and he wouldn't help me either. I was so upset at this point and two gentleman working there overheard it and told me to report him to mall security and offices, so I did and have yet to hear anything back from anyone. If you could help me in anyway I would greatly appreciate it.
