    Do not shop at the Lavelier Store at ***********. I ended up allergic to the product that I spent $550 on and, instead of happily refunding my money, the staff argued with me and even yelled at me. I made two trips to the store to deal with this and was told someone would call me. He called me once and said he would have to call me back the following week. ***** tried to talk me into exchanging the product or getting a free facial (telling me how wonderful the facial was). I kept trying to say that I was allergic to their products and could not use them. I returned again to the store to return the products as I am no longer able to use them. The counter girl argued with me and said I could not leave the products, that it was my responsibility to keep them. She called the supervisor but would not let me speak to him. ***** called me back the following week and offered all the exchanges again. I asked again for a refund. The next day he did call back, but only gave me a $150 refund. I will never shop at this store again and do not recommend it. ************

    Bought skin care products came the next day to return because of an allergic reaction to the tester and management gave me a number that didnt work so they also mentioned the company will refund our money but the company states that refunds can not be made by them as these stores are privately owned.
