  I continuously have difficulty getting anyone to answer me. Things started out great with a very attentive representative (*****) in May. Due to things on our end we didn't sign the contract and place the deposit until July 5th and that's when I basically had to start begging for anyone to respond to me.Jul 21st someone called and said ***** was no longer with the company and I would be moving forward with a new person.Aug 14th I emailed ******************************* because I had not heard anything from anyone. ****** said some would be getting back to me.Aug 25th, I didn't hear back from anyone until I requested a refund and placed a negative review on their website. I was told they were waiting for my order, but that wasn't true because I hadn't picked the flooring yet. A representative (******) finally got around to bringing us a sample and we chose it on Aug 31st.Oct 2nd, I texted ****** for an update. No answer.Oct 5th, emailed ******, *****, and ******. No answer.Oct 24th, I texted ****** and ***** for an update. No answer.My husband states he has left a couple voicemails, you can never get anyone to answer the phone.I am quite done with this company and would like a refund of my deposit. I was willing to update my initial review on their website once work was complete but I no longer want to work with them.

  I hired RAD Custom Homes for a simple spare bathroom remodel. I provided a 40% deposit for the work. The work should have started on October 9th. I have not received any communication from the business or *********************, the sales representative. Numerous calls and texts have been made to the company, and ************ have gone unanswered. Do not hire this company!

  I signed a contract to completely remodel our master bathroom on 10/13/2022. .came on 10/17/22 for me to choose the tile. The work started 11/02/22 and seemed to progress nicely. Then there were delays due to a damaged vanity and delayed shower doors. The job was finished 01/16/23. There were some issues with the heated floor which took along time to get resolved. I needed my hardwood floor repaired and refinished so I signed a contract 07/27/23 and paid 1/2 down, the job was to start in 4 weeks which would have been 08/25/23. I was told when I called it would start in September. On 09/28/23 I called several of the phone numbers and got the message that the mailbox was full. I sent several texts and got the response he would reach out to me shortly. After several more texts I got a text Ok I am working on getting your project handled today on 10/02/23. I have not received any responses since. I have requested that if he is unable to do my project to let me know so I can find someone else to do the project. I requested my deposit be returned but no response. I want to let others know about my experience and I want my deposit returned to me!

  I accepted RAD Custom Homes to do extensive remodeling to my home. There are several facets of the work and terms of my bid which were not met. ******************************* sold the job stating the same crew would work from start to finish. There were several different workers on the job over the course of the job. There was no apparent ******* or crew. Work was to be completed by February 13th or 10 percent of the final payment would be refunded. I never received any refund. Work was completed on March 3rd. During our walk through with ****** several defects were noted. After a few weeks a worker showed up to fix the noted defects. He only addressed a couple issues and left. After several failed attempts to contact RAD I touched up some of the paint issues myself. Part of our bid included a ten year workmanship warranty. In June we noted the flooring was separating, and three doors did not close. We reached out to ****** several times with no response and a full mail box. Finally we were put on a schedule to get our doors and floors looked at. This took 3 months! A worker was to show up Sept. 14th , no one showed up or called. After several more attempts to contact RAD ,i received a response to a text that RAD was closing their doors. I want people to beware of ****** in the future. I want RAD to compensate me for my flooring. I have repaired the doors on my own. ****** and his workers displayed no pride of work or expertise in some aspects of construction.
