      2002 ****** Sequoia vandalized auto repair shop left my truck out initial repair to replace the ignition to work with a transponder fob to all locks including my broken back door latch. Steering Column replacement Mark ********************** very kind gentleman after evicting 2 people out of my truck they threw my only set of keys. Before cleaning had it towed to Puget Sound locksmith ******** later took my steering wheel replaced with a broken missing airbag for a 4-runner locks dont work the steering is dangerous. I went in the guy told me im Done with that truck it stunk and was dirty! I told him I had to evict 2 young people who were doing fentanyl with a dog living in it. I was so humiliated now I have it cleaned Dont Drive it they ruined my truck after I told them my horrible time with first a murderer stealing it then vandalized and the repair shop charged me ******* I'm in ***** for a wrecked steering wheel locks dont work. **** knew my dilemma and he let some guy work on it that told me I shoulda cleaned it! That's for him to take my steering wheel and put a broken one on? Like what did I do to deserve this? Can I please have my money back and my steering wheel?

      Work was completed satisfactory as per agreed with customer and for the agreed price. Customer paid for service and picked the vehicle up. No complaints were voiced and customer was drove the vehicle away. They returned several months later stating several issues and stating issues that were not associated with original repairs. The customer was unreasonable and combative, using abusive language, we advised them we were not willing to work with them any further, and now here comes the negative review.
