  What a scam.... They come out to my house and price a system that will cost 65k and $293 dollars a month! My power bill is an average of $150. I also have gas water heater and furnace. Never trust anyone that has to sell door to door. I looked up the panels they use and they are 150 bucks.... I would need 30 panels and that was a little overkill. Thats $6000 dollars there. I would need an inverter and doing some rough looking on that those seem to be $5000. I'm going to need some hardware to mount the panels and I'm not sure what that would be, but I'm guess at most $2000 bucks? Some wiring and miscellaneous stuff, so I would guess at most $15000 dollars for everything. They wanted to charge 65k. Sooooooo your telling 50k in labor for a day of work?? They told me they could install it all in a day! I'll learn how to do it all myself before I pay that much!

  Speaking from personal experience, Infinity Solar USA is one of the best fully-in-house solar companies out there. They do the job well, largely because they control the entire process from start to finish. Ive talked with friends and even some family members who went solar with bigger nation wide companies believing that bigger would mean more credible, but really it meant a lower quality of work (and less control) due to that big company relying on third party sub-contractors to perform the installation. At the end of the day, solar is a no brainer but please make sure that you go with a regional company that does their own installs 100% in-house, like Infinity. I am glad about my decision and would do it again. Will continue recommending this company to my family and friends! Job well done. - ******

  We started our solar journey with Infinity Solar in October 2024. The salesperson was well informed of our needs and answered all of our questions. He also kept us informed with the status of all the permits that were needed. All of the solar panels were installed in one day. We also expected that our new electrical panel would also be installed the same day as well. That wasn't the case. Apparently, the project coordinator doesn't know how to schedule inspections properly. Suffice to say that we were without power for 2 days and 2 days of work loss as my wife and I both work from home. On February 5, 2025, we finally got permission to power up and energize the system. I was able to access the system with the app on Feb 14th., after contacting them several times. Once I was connected properly to the app, I noticed 10 panels were not producing any power. I again contacted them to find out what needed to be done, and was told they would need to send a team out. As of today (2/25/25), I am still waiting for someone to contact me to schedule this team to get it fixed. I am constantly having to contact the salesperson, since apparently no one else in this company will contact me. They continually want me to refer people to them, but under the circumstances, why would I do that, since this total project was a complete debauchery. I am not sure how they stay in business, but normally a business contacts their customers throughout the project with times and schedules, not the other way around.

  ***** A We purchased (6) 405-watt solar panels in 2023 and completed installation of our off-grid emergency back-up power system in September of 2024. The panels have performed well and do a great job of keeping our lithium iron phosphate batteries charged up. Would recommend purchasing these panels again.

  I was installed with Infinity Solar USA a year ago and had nothing but a great customer experience. We worked directly with their construction Supervisor and went through the pre and post solar process without a hiccup. Would highly recommend!

  I just spoke with one of their **** over the weekend and the pricing for a 6k system was 35% higher than it should be (29k). With the rebates it was more in line with an average base price (20k). With rebates/tax credits it should cost me about *****k. So first major red flag. Second is the fact I could not get a supervisor on the phone to verify the employee. I tried to reach HR but that option #5 went right back into the queue! Finally ******* in the fake customer service said they would reach out to me in 72 hours! Said because of the volume of calls there was no one there to speak to me and he couldnt transfer me etc! Pretty sure its a scam.

  I am very disappointed with Infinity Solar, ***. I signed a contract in April 2024. As of September 2024 still no schedule. They do not answer my calls or my text. My neighbor also signed, but still no system. I had 2 sales representatives, neither person employed by Infinity Solar any longer. I was lied to by bother sales ***** I regret ever dealing with these people. I signed up for a new roof because it is old. I was told that all work would been done by in house employees. Their last communication was that they couldn't find a contractor to do my roof??? All lies. They lied about costs and rebates. They lied about when they would start my project. ****, lies, lies.

  Dishonest and ****************** from Infinity Solar I am extremely disappointed with Infinity Solar and feel compelled to share my experience. When I was sold my home solar unit, I was promised by the sales representative that it would cover 110% of my electrical bill. This was a blatant lie, as I am still 61% dependent on the grid.Despite numerous attempts to seek help and resolution from Infinity Solar, they have done nothing to assist me. Their lack of response and support is appalling. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay away. They are dishonest and unreliable, and I regret ever trusting them.Avoid these liars and crooks at all costs.

  **************** is very important to me. Our sales rep ***** was great to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. No pushy sales. He explained the whole process from start to finish. He answered all my questions in detail. He was with us through the whole process and followed up afterwards. Thank you for everything.

  Great solar company from the sales side and installation. Infinity is very honest and reputable. Im glad I chose them for my renewable option
