      I applied to an apartment screened by this scam of a company they took $82 plus a year of deposits record from My bank plus a hard credit inquiry plus 6 check stubs plus employer verification. They also called the worker in the office of the apartment to tell them line data specific info that was on my credit that has nothing to do with renting. I was denied because I have not given notice at my current apartment.

      To Whom It May ****************** refer to the attached rental application ************ signed on April 11, 2023.
      ************ elected to apply for an apartment and paid a non-refundable application for tenancy.
      The Screening Disclosure on page 27 of the attached document ************ signed clearly states, Applicant acknowledges that incomplete,inaccurate, or misrepresented information on the rental application will result in delayed processing, possible denial of the application, and/or possible forfeiture of the rental contract. Applicant understands screening fee is non-refundable.
      ************ elected to apply for an apartment knowing that the rental criteria require applicants to have a positive credit history. Please refer to Page 5, Section 13 of the attached document. 
      When she submitted her application for tenancy, ************ had yet to provide Premier Properties with proper notice that she was vacating. 
      I recommend that ************ obtain copies of her consumer credit report from all three national credit bureaus via annualcreditreport.com (***********************************************) and take responsibility for her credit report. 
      In closing, I am appalled that an employee of the ******************* whose salary is paid for hard-working taxpayers like myself, would so cavalierly make such a baseless and insulting claim. 

      I look forward to receiving **************** apology.

      Start processes to obtain lease leasing. I was a housewife and got a job just a month ago. In the contracts that are signed after payment for the study, it is very clear where it says that the rental criteria are joint between the people who apply. I presented 4 payments with other relatives and friends who, together with me, presented positives for the rental criteria. (lease history and income) On each occasion that they received the payment they denied me for lack of criteria, they always made an invalid excuse because I presented myself together to my husband who has an income of more than 3 times the canon and a friend in the same conditions. Nowhere in the contract is it explicit that the criterion is for each cosigner because it says "household" and it is also not explicit that it is denied because the other person does not personally reside in the State. That in addition to not having been clear by the managers although I went personally and explained my case, even so they deducted the payment from my bank account every time to later deny me for invalid or explicit reasons. so I request the return of all my money and also an apology for scam and discrimination.payments were made 3 with a checking account in my name and 1 with a credit card in the name of ************************** of which I enclose the screenshots of the charges

Sound Screening Services, **** does not have rental criteria, but makes rental recommendations to our clients based on their rental criteria.
