      I purchased sliding glass doors in February of 2018. Since that date, Milgard has replaced the doors with incorrect sizes on 5 different occasions. Each replacement period has a wait time of up to a year and once the product is finally in stock it is the wrong size. My house has flooded 3 times since the doors were replaced the last time because they do not seal correctly. ********************** costs have increased because the doors do not seal properly. I have had to miss work over a dozen times for technicians to come out and resize the doors to only find out the factory made the wrong size again. This is my 3rd BBB complaint without resolution from this company.

      I called Milgard in June of this year and then again last week in July, 2022 to set up a time to replace two windows in our house that we built in ****. I have a Full Lifetime warranty on all the Milgard windows in my home since I am the original owner of the house. No one has returned my calls except for several retail window dealers who want to replace my windows at my expense. The other businesses must have been referred to me by Milgard because I did not attempt to call anyone else. I would appreciate your help in getting them to return my calls and set up a time to replace my windows.

      March 10, 2022, I scheduled a warranty with Milgard Windows and Doors for my sliding glass door with lifetime warranty. The window has exploded gases inside the double pane which leaved long large streaks and spots. My case number with Milgard is #********. Appointment was scheduled twice and once canceled the morning of and the other the day before. On June 8th another promise but never heard back. I called and glass is there and now rescheduled again for August 17th I believe. The person scheduling her name is ***** - ***********, **. However, the techs will come from **********. The phone number is *****- Milgard. She tells me when they come now in late August if the glass is damaged they will order another piece, makes no sense. Would they not inspect the glass before they bring it. I feel like they will cancel again. It is excuses. It is all so confusing. All I want is to stick to what they say and complete the warranty replacement. Stop telling me you are coming and cancel.
