      Extremely poor service. Very disappointed with Milgard. No response on date of appointment. No Phone call. No email. Just lousy service. ***** *****

      I placed an order with Milgard dealer in *********** Lumber, **. May 5, 2025 for a replacement slider screen door. I provided the old screen so that accurate dimensions could be obtained. I have had at least five conversations with the dealer with completely inadequate responses from Milgard rep ****** *****. I am very unhappy with this delay and poor response by Milgard. It has now been over 50 days and still no screen and no signs of any action. I wish to make a formal complaint regarding this order and want someone to explain to me what is going on, My order number is ******** 5May2025. I was planning on replacing windows at my home but based on this experience I will not likely use Milgard.

      I have a Lifetime Guarantee on my windows that were purchased through our homebuilder Western Pacific Housing from Milgard in 2003. Several of the windows are no longer working properly. They are 23 years old, however they are supposed to be guaranteed for life. I have been trying since April to get them repaired &/or replaced. I completed the on-line service request. I sent photos and measurements. They have given me a case number but have not contacted me with a repair date. This is so frustrating, especially going into the summer months and not being able to open some of my windows.

      Technician called that he was able to come early, wanted to be sure we were home. He arrived quickly, verified he had the property glass to replace our slider door and was finished within 20 minutes!!

      Scheduled and no showed that morning - after a 5 month wait for replacement glass. They states they could not find the glass. Had to re order. Another two months wait and am getting the run around. Agent ***** has been so rude, condescending and has literally brought me to tears over not being willing to schedule us for this replacement work. We are still without a service date and it has now been 7 months since filing a claim. We are beyond words and looking in to legal action.

      Milgard was very good to work with in replacing a few glass panels at our house. They stayed on schedule, and there service folks were very professional.

      Their service call was a joke. We had a problem with the windows sticking and jamming in cold weather. But they put us off for over 2 months to get a service appt, so now it's not cold anymore and the windows aren't sticking now. They don't seem to get that service put off is often no service at all. Then they send us this request for a review, and the biggest part of the email is an Ad for more windows! What morons! But what do you expect from any firm whose management thinks that email reiews constitute any kind of service.
