      We had 17 windows replaced by Milgard. The 2 technicians were prompt and professional. We are very pleased with the windows and service. Also, we do compare it to another window company that we have had major issues with. 15 months to rectify their sub par workmanship and product. I would very much recommend Milgard windows and their local service.**** and *****

      The customer service person, *****, was exceptional! She was patient with me and very thorough. I received my appointment for the warranty replacement and just had to wait a couple of weeks.The new window technicians came today and were polite, professional, and right on spot. They cleaned up all the broken glass I had captured and cleaned out the remaining glass. A new window was put in the the crew was done in less than 30 minutes.I am very pleased with my experience!

      The company rep/repair *** was polite, replacing a slider door handle. He was apologetic that he had been sent the wrong handle color. He suggested that if he would mail us the part, we could replace this handle with the right color and could have that more quickly than having him return and replace it. That was a great suggestion .I appreciated his kind and workable attitude. We have always been happy to have used Milgard Windows, this is our second home to have used your windows. Always happy we did that!

      my house is 25 years old. Milgard window quality is very good (not like most thin pane windows today). I had a couple warranty claims and Milgard honored the warranty without any hassle.

      Our service tech was AWESOME! HE performed the necessary parts, service and installation in a timely, professional manner. He was very accommodating and listened to our concerns with care and diligence. Highly recommend and commend him.
