      Milgard is excellent on warranty issues and service calls. We have Milgard windows in our CA and ** homes. Fantastic product. We will use no other windows.

      Had our kitchen window replaced after many great years. **** the repairman was terrific.Your warranty is right on and **** was very professional, on time, friendly and did a great job!All our windows are Milgard. We made the right choice many years ago.*********************

      All in all I was very impressed with Milgard service. The people that I spoke with on the phone were helpful and friendly. The service person (Norm) who showed up was actually early to the appointment, very personable and a great representative for your company. He did the job efficiently and professionally, and made it so easy.One suggestion I have. We had one additional window pane (same window, but the stationary side of the slider) that had a chip. That was not covered under warranty, which we understand. It would have been so convenient for us to be able to have your tech replace that window at the same time. We would happily have paid the cost/fee for the glass. It seems like that represents a missed opportunity for your company, and adds just a little inconvenience for us. But, overall 5 stars!

      Service person was on time. Very experienced and had my slider replaced within half an hour. I was very impressed and continue enjoying my Milgard windows and doors.

      fine looking sliding door--BUT have had problems closing it and locking--service has been out two times and now i cannot even lock it at all-hh

      The follow up on a window chip in the original replacement was excellent. The installer was fast. polite, and cleaned up before leaving.

      Took many weeks for a service call but they came out and examined the window and replaced it all in one appointment. Great service and they stand behind their products. I would highly recommend Milgard Windows.
