    Merchandise is being misrepresented. I ordered 5 of their knitted cardigans. This company should be shut down. I had to send pictures of the merchandise I received and then had to wait 11 days for a reply. No satisfaction from this company. Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with.The reply was no refund and no address to send merchandise back for a refund. The cardigans are said to be knitted online and the pictures are beautifully knitted cardigans. The "hoodies" I received were cheap spongy material and printed on, not knitted. This product looks nothing like the online description. I was fooled by their polite email manner for a while. These 5 cardigans cost $45.99 each.

    The merchandise is mispresented in the ads. The ads do not represent the actual merchandise received. Fabric is cheap, most items are poorly silk screened, poorly sized. Tried to return merchandise and they only offered a 20% discount coupon. Why would I buy anything esle from them when they practice FALSE ADVERTISING? Absolutely do not purchase anything from Comstylish!I would give them ZERO Stars in this review if that were possible!

    Paid $70 for two knitted sweaters but the company sent two polyester cheap sweatshirts. I want a refund. I was sent an email they would refer me to someone. Its been a month.

    Rating is none, but had to choose a star. Terrible!!! I wish I would have read the reviews of this scamming company! I ordered several items off the site and when I received them, they weren't the quality that was described on the site. I put a request in for a refund and they are trying to delay sending me the address to mail it back. This site show be removed, so there are no more victims in this madness company!

    This business is blatantly fraudulent. I bought two shirts -advertised as "cotton" and "cotton-linen" blend. Both were 100% polyester and looked VERY different from the website image. When I tried to contact them, they gave me nothing but trouble. They offered a 20% discount on "my next purchase" -- as if I would ever buy ANYTHING from them again.Disgusted. A total scam. Avoid at all costs.

    I saw an ad online advertising sweaters with animals and I purchased 6. However, I only received 4. The four that arrived were not as advertised as they weren't even sweaters; they were cheap plastic-type materials. Not something you could where and not sweaters even though the ad/display says it is a sweater and it looks like sweater material in photos on their website. I've asked for a refund but they are making it very difficult as they are telling me that I need to pay to ship products back to them at my own expense. I'm 78 years old and after speaking with my daughter I've realized that I was taken advantage of. This company should not be allowed to operate int he *************. If anyone can advise on any steps that can be taken to make this doesn't happen to other people, seniors or any one, that would be appreciated. This is a horrible sham of a company.

    I was really fooled. The store's web site wasn't all that professional, but I ordered anyway. The sizes are not true to USA standards. The material with all items was horribly cheap. I requested a return since none of the clothes fit or looked anything like the web site. What I received as a reply to my request was how expensive the shipping would cost me to return to ******On this very BBB site, they have an USA address and phone number. The phone number does not work! Then they offered me a 30% off coupon on my next purchase. They even suggested i choose the correct size next time! So I'm stuck with $200 for a pile of garbage. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

    Unfortunately I also was a victim of this scam. The item was a cheap poor quality of what was pictured. There was no fabric content tag or care tag on the garment. Their customer support was non responsive and the replies are mechanical. They will not accept a return. They told me to have a nice day. I cant believe I fell for this. How can this company do business in the ** and freely scam people. I had to select a star rating to leave review but they should have negative star rating.
