March of 2025 I order two shirts. I did not receive and no notification of why. I tried to call and number is constantly busy, I tried to email and chat but before can submit, it deletes and goes nowhere. Looked up company on line and saw that many people have been screwed over by this company. I want my order sent intact or I want my money back. Found Comstylish in ****** search and placed an order Feb 2, 2025 (Order ID: ***********. This was for resort wear for an upcoming vacation departing Feb 28. The order shipping time stated 7-10 days. Everything was on one single order. Feb 14th a partial delivery was received. As soon as I opened the package there was a shirt with black stains in 3 areas. All the clothes were extremely poor quality as well as no where close to the size ordered. Feb 25th a second package arrived. Same issue of quality as well as not one item fit. We were departing in 2 days so I looked at the return policy which stated 30 days from delivery so I waited to process the return once I returned home. I initiated and sent my first email to gain the return address as the website stated the address on the packages received was not the address to use and if sent to that address the return could not be processed. I have now, as of April 2, have sent 3 emails to be sent the return address. Finally in an email received April 2, 2025 I was informed that the clothing would need to be returned to *****. No address was given but an offer due to the long time and high cost would I accept a 20% discount and keep the items. I spent $1,043.01 for all the items. This offer is unacceptable in my opinion. I wish had researched the company in more depth, even seeing the complaints on BBB that all seem very similar to mine. I would not even donate their clothing as the quality is so poor. And to have to return to ***** while the received packages had an address in the ** as well as finding the company on your site and others as loacated in **. Comstylish to me has committed FRAUD and are SCAMMING not only me, but so many others.Initial Complaint

On 03.09.2025, I ordered a sweater from the company Comstylish. I received the order without issue, however the quality and actual product was not what was described when ordered. In order to make a return you have to contact them via email and "get permission" to return the item. I did so on ***** and got a response but they did not give the information I needed to send the item back. I sent another email and they told me they'd forward the info to their "return department". As of today, I've sent five emails requesting the information needed to return the item and have gotten no response. I see their rating with BBB is an "F" so I'm not expecting them to respond but am hopeful. Thank youInitial Complaint

Order number: VG00219585 I am deeply deeply disappointed in this order as the clothing is NOT AT ALL as described in the photos represented on your website.There is NO actual embroidery on the pants. It's fake- a graphic block print.The ring has a copper colored ring around it that fell off.The sweater is not a sweater- there is NO knit. It's a polyester long sleeve shirt with a print of knit. I've never seen anything so cheap in my life!!The pants are a completely different color - overall and the "embroidered" sides which is an ugly block print.I feel like I need to warn all of your customers how awful the quality of your clothing is! Please give me postage for returning along with a full refund for all pieces.Your company is a ******* has been a month since I emailed them with these very words. After filing my complaint (yesterday)ID ********, I found a better address for this company from my credit card statement.See attachment .Furthermore a new response (#5 in our correspondence).Dear customer,We are really sorry for the inconvenience.Generally, the return shipping fee needs more than 70 dollars.
If you are not satisfied with our solution, we can try to apply to our superior to increase the coupon to 35%. It can be used on our website.

I purchased two items for Christmas in November, 2024. They arrived a month later and were not of the level of quality or sizing so I have attempted multiple times to return the items per the terms of Comstylish's website, which indicates that items can be returned for a "fast refund" of one week, as well as returns once you secure a form and address from Comstylish. This company has failed to provide an address or form for returns after multiple requests. They have not credited my account or credit card. They indicated that the items needed to be returned to ***** (this is not indicated on their website) and still failed to provide the address or form. This is fraud and total misrepresentation to buyers. Some action should be taken against them or disallow them to do business in the **..Initial Complaint

11/16/24 clothing was purchased from the Comstylish website. When the clothes arrived my wife found that they did not fit and were made out of proportion. I inquired about a return and refund. They will not do either even though their website states that they do offer returns. I have been going around and around with these people for over a month now with no resolution.
