    I had to hire a moving company to move my stuff. I am disabled and alone. I research places and thought that neighbors would work. I told the person of my situation and rearranged my move date. He quoted me on the phone it would be $139 a hour on a Tuesday move. And that I could not afford no more then 3 hours. He told me that would work. So I have them my deposit and scheduled the move.I was unable to meet them down in Seattle. Do to my doctors appointment. When they arrived they had only been on the job for 2 hours. The driver came in and had me sign papers. And then told me it would be *******. I told him there is no way in h*** I could pay him. I have him $250.00 cash, $220.00 on my go bank, $100.00 deposit and ****** varo. There was no way I could come up with another 300. They took my whole disability check. And since I was unable to get another 300 they took my stuff. So I have been sleeping on the floor. I want my stuff back and I am very angry that they would treat a veterans wife like this. My husband who service 3 tours in **** for our way of life. May he rest. When I saw that this company advertised that it has ties to the military I was appalled. Remembering the way they treated me.

    Client scheduled us to provide moving services.  We confirmed date and time and let her know that we would be to her address to move her on 4/3 around 8:00 am. We agreed to our standard hourly rate of $170.13 per hour and she confirmed the appointment.  

    Upon arrival at the origin address, we found that the items had been moved out of her apartment and were in a separated area staged by the landlord.  It was not disclosed to us prior that if this was an eviction.  We loaded the shipment into our truck as quickly as would be physically possible at origin and headed for the Destination in *******  Upon arrival in ******, Ms. noted that she could not pay the full amount due.

    Our staff has called many times and left messages to try to get this resolved.  To date she has not contacted us or made any attempt to pay her bill.  She has not called us back at all.

    In the interest of resolving this situation and as a gesture of good faith, we'd be happy to make a significant discount to the remaining balance owed so that everyone can move forward. At this time, we will offer a discount of $150 as a concession and to attempt to resolve this issue amicably.  Ms. should contact our General Manager, ************************* ASAP at ***************** or via email at *******************************************************
