  We had a electric car charger installed by another company and their shoddy craftsmanship caused extensive damage to our Sub panel. We called Aqualine to get a 2nd opinion. Our techs seemed very knowledgeable and experienced! **** and ******** did an excellent job of being professional throughout the appointment. They inspected our system and found where the damage came from and reorganized our entire main panel and replaced our entire sub panel to be safe and proper. They solved our problem the same day and worked late into the night so that we would not be without power. I would definitely refer them to others!

  Excellent service in resolving an urgent blockage in a shared sewer line requiring extensive digging, followed by placement of clean out access for future use. Attention to needs of back filling large hole and terrain also addressed. Many thanks.

  ****** is polite, knowledgeable and professional. He arrived earlier then scheduled and got right to work to assess our problem. He fixed our leak in a timely manner even after going to 3 stores for the correct part. ****** is an asset to Aqualine Plumbing.

  FULL DISCLOSURE This is under their new management, but I have interviewed dozens of plumbers and electrical and heating professionals. They were all flakes or just sheer rip-offs. Then came Aqualine, and all my problems were solved. They were on time, communicative, FAIR, not cheap FAIR priced. The best part was they came and did their job, and I could return to doing my job. So glad to have a one-stop shop now for all my future listings.

  Aqualine was out over the weekend. I was grateful to get someone out so quickly. ********** showed up within a hour (appreciated for a weekend call) when he arrived he looked very professional and solved my problem right of way. I have already recommended Aqualine to some friends and family. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Great reliable company!! Thank You ********** for a job well done....

  DO NOT use this company if you want equitable and fair service. We called them with a leaking gasket in one of our toilets.First, upon calling them, I was referred to as "honey" sweetie" and "doll" several times while trying to set up the appointment, which I find inappropriate. Then, they were 5 hours late for the appointment. About at the end of the appointment window, a man called to tell us that they were leaving a job site and would be there in an hour. When 2 reps arrived 2 hours later, neither had called us, and they had not been at that job site, and did not call me. They stated the phone call must have come from the office. Next the two technicians made many comments about how nice our home was, and that if must be expensive (it wasn't) and then told us that it needed a very rare part, but they knew where to get one, and wanted to charge us $435.00 (which is 2 times the cost of original toilet). I felt they were profiling us based upon their assessment that we must have money (we don't).We said no. My husband then got home, did a UTube tutorial, and bought and installed the $6.00 part in 15 minutes. By the way, the part is a very common part found in all home improvement stores. I worry for all the other middle-aged people calling this organization for plumbing help. It seems to me that they engage in deceptive and dishonest practices and take advantage of trusting customers.
