  First of all, the work was done correctly and was cleaned up when completed. 5 GFCI protected outlets were replaced and 1 normal outlet was replaced. ** was courteous, knowledgeable. He examined the circuits first, then gave me 3 quotes on the spot. He completed the work promptly and accepted payment via his smart phone (it may have been another device). He did have to go to ********** to get some parts. Since I'm not very far from ********** that was acceptable.

  Posted this on ****** and Yelp:Over the weekend I had some issues with the Rinnai Tankless water heater that was installed by Aqualine Plumbing, ************************************************ I called in early Tuesday morning and shared my issues and concerns with Ms. ******* She told me that she would send out someone around noon. The technicians, ******* and *****, called and asked if they could come earlier that the appointed time. I said yes and they were here in minutes. ******* and ***** were very kind, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and professional. They went right to work on my unit - troubleshooting and diagnosing the issue. They had my unit back up and running in no time. I appreciate the way they both communicated with me and answered all of my questions and addressed all my concerns. They were so nice and willing to accommodate my personal requests to put some boots around the exhaust pipes to give it a more dressed up look. ******* and ***** are awesome guys and Aqualine Plumbing, *********************************************** is a great company that will satisfy all your plumbing, electrical, and heating needs. Dont waste your time and money on the other guys. Call Aqualine and save yourself time, money, frustration and aggravation. Theyll get you right!????

  Aqualine is an outstanding company. I bought an old house that needed everything -- plumbing, electrical, and heating work, and it was great to have one company that handles all of those issues. Each department communicated with the others for seamless repairs and efficient appointment times. Their response time is immediate, even on weekends and in emergencies. Every single person I dealt with in the company, including office staff, salespeople, technicians, department managers, installers, and the owner, was professional, courteous, answered all of my questions, performed the work as expected on time and on budget with great results, and came back if I had more questions. I don't usually write reviews, but I had to for this company. I trust them completely and give them my highest recommendation.

  **** diagnosed an issue with my pressure regulator which caused very low pressure in the shower. He replaced it and now I have great pressure. It sure makes a difference when showering. Thank you ****. ************

  My 10-year old tankless instant water heater recently stopped working. It's a fairly complicated setup as it supplies heat for floor heating as well as domestic hot water and has a re-circulation pump. I had 2 different techs that were referred by the manufacturer check out the water heater and both of them ended up just calling the company customer service to debug the issue. The quote from both companies was crazy high (**** times more than what I ended up paying Acqualine).I reached out to **** from Aqualine Plumbing who he offered to check out the unit the next day. He was super knowledgeable and was able to debug the issue quickly. He was the first person that I talked to who was actually interested in helping me vs. the other companies who we trying to charge me as much money as possible with unnecessary repair. He even suggested that I flush the unit myself to save some time/money just in case that would fix the issue as a first step. The quote that I got from him to replace the broken parts was very reasonable and he was very responsive.******* on the Aqualine team did the actual repair/part replacement, and he did a great job! The unit was old and there were multiple leaks and it took much longer to fix than he anticipated. Huge thanks to ******* and ****! I would use them again in a heartbeat.

  The technician arrived promptly in the assigned window, correctly diagnosed the problem ( leaking kitchen faucet) and effectively corrected the problem. The technician was professional and competent. I recommend Aqualine plumbing without any reservation.

  I phoned Aqualine about an electrical problem and they promptly scheduled a team to take care of the problem. The electrical repair pricing was fair and reasonable and on every repair and assessment, *** and ******** explained in terms I understood what was needed.   As a member of AHS you don't who will come out for service at your home. Aquafina Plumbing, Electrical and Heating were fantastic. They unclogged the line to our kitchen sink. They told us it had probably years of build ** in the lines. ****** was very professional. He gave us advice of what to do so our line won't clog up again. They left the area clean. We will contact them again for the referred information ****** gave us.Thank you so much fir a job well done.

  I've had two positive experiences with Aqualine. The first was a plumbing job with *** who fixed my bathtub faucet. He did an amazing job and left my bathroom cleaner than when he arrived! The second job was electrical work with *** and ******** to install three wall heaters throughout my home, which required cutting holes in ceilings and walls for proper placement. This was a big job but they were able to get it all done in one day, which I really appreciated. A couple of the heaters had issues the next day (one was blowing cold air and another was noisy), but ******** returned the following day to fix both. I highly recommend Aqualine for quality work and professional service.
