      I won't give it a rating, it horrible, mold, broken pipes smells from mold doesn't care about there residents, ceiling with the mold coming thru. Constant fluctuations with the hot water, bed bugs, carpet ******* residents suffering from mold symptoms and they don't even realize it, no amenities anymore washers and dryers don't work.Communities Re closed, homeless, drugs and screaming racing cars, constantly. HORRIBLE

      Were very sorry you are unhappy with the experience at *********. We completely understand how these things are not desirable for a resident and our goal is to fix issues as they arise.

      Concerning bed bugs, we know they can become a problem if not treated properly. Please know that we do take steps to educate residents and provide coverage for pest treatment in the renters' insurance. We work closely with our pest control vendor on inspections and resident education. Closing the community room is one way to prevent the spread. This was a tough decision, but it's important for the well-being of the community. We are monitoring the situation and look forward to being able to reopen the community room.

      We are always looking for new solutions and appreciate your input.

      If i could give this property a negative score i would. They are never there, they never answer the phones, they never return your call and they still have kept my deposit for an app. The only thing left for me to do is call the police and an attorney.
