      Update as if Feb 16 06:30 am I booked a can yesterday for my trip to the airport this morning. I got confirmation that my ride was ********* 6:30 no one showed so I called the company to ask and they told me they can't find any drivers currently available and that they are "dependant on finding drivers". The whole idea of booking ahead of time is not have to search for drivers rather assign one for the trip!I am now waiting for an **** and hope I don't miss my flight. Unbelievable. Will NEVER try yellow can again!

      I was on Yellow Cab 585 to the airport today. The cabbie was very loud on his phone the whole way. The cab was in poor condition. The cabbie was in a hurry to unload us, he left my roller bag in the middle of the street, and didn't move it to the walkway. I've tried to always use yellow cab instead of Uber, I'm starting to reconsider my decision.

      They left me hanging. Three drivers was sent to me. First two said they had completed the service. Never seen them. The third one kept saying he was coming. On GPS says he was 4 minutes away. I call and they say in 2 minutes. On GPS shows he never moved. For 1 1/2 hours and no ride, with groceries. After while they just hang up. Catching a taxi around ****** ********** is a nightmare. You can't trust them.

      Drivers almost consistently rude, abrasive.Last one didnt give me receipt, tipped himself. I called to complain, and they shut me down. *************** hung up on me,Complaint number hung up on me. I HAVE to use them, because of my health problems, and theyre the only taxi company in Seattle.
