    - service on Thursday June 9, 2023 - overcharged from the bid quoted - did not provide the services promised - the chemicals they spray in the house need to be looked into. Ive never experienced such horrible smelling cleaning products, cant get the smell out and left me with migraines from it even after airing out house - got filth on the carpets I had to scrub out -

    I gave an estimate for a deep clean of downstairs based on the size of her home. It is an estimate and we needed about 20 min additional time (1 hr total) with 3 cleaners. We can not predict an exact total as we work hourly.  

    My cleaners sent after pics and things looked great. Client sent 1 pic only with some dust she swept up, I offered to go back and fix anything she was unhappy with and she declined. Our policy is to go back within 24 to fix anything.

    This complaint was made 10 days after service with no further contact with myself. There will be no refund.

    I hired ASAP Cleaning for a move in cleaning at a new empty house. 3 cleaners were sent over and cleaned for 5hrs20mins. They cleaned the window/window track/tiny kitchen and appliances and 2 toilets. There were still markings on every wall that are easily wiped off by a wet cloth. None of the baseboards were cleaned. Every doorway still had cobwebs and marks and dust caked on. Curtain rods and shower rods were dusty. Window sill was left dirty. A long single ******** on the stairs was left uncleaned. None of the vents were cleaned. When you walk into the house, it visibly looks dirty still. It is NOT move in ready. She charged me $720 and refunded $90 apologizing for the "few things" that were missed. Offered to have someone come back out but once I lose trust in a company, I don't want them out again. especially since we're moving things in now and I don't want them there. I requested she refund me half of the cost since collectively they worked 16 hrs and nothing was done. I told them not to clean the laminate downstairs since it's new and they left pools of liquid in places which isn't good for the flooring and gunk from the window tracking left on the ground. I sent tons of picture and video evidence of things that weren't cleaned but she still claims its just a "few things" and refunding is not their policy. But no where on their site does she have this stated. I'm defeated and exhausted from all the work the house is taking and all the moving with 2 kids that I splurged and treated myself to this move in clean but I'm left more stressed and now out $720 when I should've just designated a full day to clean myself. At this point since it doesn't seem like she even wants to take responsibility or admit fully to how horrible of a job they did, I would really like a full refund. But I'll settle for half if that's all she's willing to give. It's not allowing me to upload videos under documents only pictures but I can provide those via email since those show more.
