    Im first in line to support small woman owned businesses, but the owner of this company is horrible. I needed a deep clean before we moved into our new house in a very short time frame. I was quoted $1,200.00 for the job, sight unseen by the owner, for 4 people to clean. The house is older and was pretty dirty. The previous owners had lived in it for 30 years. She messaged me at 3:30pm the day of the cleaning after the girls had already had 24 hours total into cleaning and said they needed more time to finish which was an additional $200. I was unable to do a walkthrough before they left, because I had to pick my daughter up from daycare. She said it was payday and needed me to pay immediately, so I did, assuming the job was done. When we did the walk thru the next morning we were really upset. 1/4 of the house wasnt done. There was dust and cobwebs everywhere. The floors werent done. It was disappointing to pay $1,400 to have to clean ourselves before we could put our stuff away. After messaging her, she didnt have anything to say except that I didnt tell her how dirty the house was. I told her she should probably do a walkthrough first before quoting people for a move in deep clean. She said she doesnt do walkthroughs. Just sends her team out. I should have done more research because her ratings are horrible with BBB. After a week and a half of asking her to meet me at the house to see what the issues still were, asking her to send someone back to finish, I finally asked for a partial refund. Meanwhile she was posting on her business page that she had availability to clean every single day during that time and turned off the comments off. She lied to me about being with a client when in reality she was posting on FB in a swimming pool on vacation, while I was cleaning up the mess I paid her to do. I tried being nice and giving her a few chances to make it right, but the $100 refund she gave me wasnt enough.
