Was misled about the atlas mastercard requested to cancel by chat because they have no direct phone number. They had someone email me and I was told it was canceled. Still was receiving bills.emailed them again with all the emails and was told that they know how frustrating it is when you think you canceled your account.Business Response

I took out a personal loan with Atlas Financial Services because I needed money to be able to pay for my auto insurance. It was for $1200, here it is 13 month later, I am still paying $98 a week, and my amount owed on the loan is $1206. I have paid in the past year I have paid the company $5600(?) and still not made a dent in the amount borrowed. I understand high interest rates, but this is criminal. If I continued to pay the $98 over the next year I will have paid over $10,000 on a $1,200 loan. That is not just a high interest loan, that is a fraudulent loan. Companies like this should not be allowed to prey on the poor and struggling. They keep oppress the poor further. Because of this loan we have been having to pay $500 a week. That $500 a week has been keeping us from being able to pay on our rent, we are near to eviction. If we skipped a payment of $98, that interest would only grow exponentially making it impossible to get out from. It has deeply impacted my credit score as well. What I am seeking is the money back that I have paid them. I have more than paid on the loan, if I cannot have all of my money back, than keep the originally borrowed funds, and pay us back the rest. I feel that is fair compromise. Then our business can be severed and the loan considered completed. So that my credit can no longer be impacted by this loan.According to the consumer installment loan agreement, theres an annual percentage rate of ********% which i dont recall agreeing to.Business Response

After reviewing my credit and bank history, Atlas financial have been charging me and impacting my credit for some months. I have never heard of this company, nor signed up for such program. I have reached out on multiple occasions to cancel and reverse all reports and payments from my credit and bank. However, no one to speak with or respond to the chat service.Business Response

I am filing this complaint against Atlas **************** due to their inadequate customer support and unreasonable restrictions on account management. Despite their AI system promising same-day responses when texting their provided number, I have not received any reply to my message sent 2-3 days ago. I also called the phone number they provided, where an automated message assured me that live agents are available to assist during normal business hours. However, I was never connected to a representative, and no one ever followed up. Additionally, I have to text during normal business hours to receive assistance, which further limits my ability to resolve issues efficiently. Furthermore, I recently found a bank that best fits my needs, but I am unable to add it to my account because of an absurd limitation that only allows me to link two bank accounts. Ive changed banks several times, and none of my other credit cards impose such a restrictionother issuers allow me to add as many accounts as I want. I also submitted a formal request to update my address, email, and bank account information, but it has not been processed or acknowledged. To make matters worse, their platform does not allow me to remove or update my bank account information independently, which is both frustrating and a potential security concern. The lack of a phone number to speak to a live agent seems highly unprofessional and frankly suspiciousno legitimate financial institution operates this way. This lack of access and failure to provide adequate customer service is unacceptable for a ******************** institution entrusted with sensitive personal and financial information. I request that Atlas **************** immediately address these issues, remove the unnecessary restrictions on account management, and provide a reliable method for customers to resolve their inquiries.Business Response

My experience here was a very terrible one. After I had made my second deposit I was blocked out. Nothing I did worked. I was so frustrated and giving up on my money when ****** ***** came to my rescue and helped me out with the issue. I would have been in a big mess if I had not met ****** ***** ( ******************* @ G MAIL COM ) personally by emailing them privately. I wish to recommend ****** to anyone in recovery of loss. I received a letter requesting payment for an unpaid parking but no specific address where the parking occurred, no specific information about the vehicle that was parked. Just a demand for *****. Why would I pay this? The number on the letter to call for more information is a non working number ***************. In order to resolve this complaint I need specific information identifying my vehicle was present in the lot and in violation of the rules of the parking lot. If no such evidence can be provided I consider this matter settled. Any attempt to collect money from me without the specific identifying evidence of my vehicle will result in legal action. In addition, review the phone number of the letter sent to me, because THE NUMBER IS A NON WORKING NUMBER! To say that your company provided a working number is a misrepresentation of the facts I presented.

I had opened up an account with ********************** on 7/11/24 in hopes of having my credit score back up and saving some money since opening this account I have had $2500 in direct deposits and another 200 put into my deposit account from my personal checking account. Since this account has been opened I have noticed funds that were sent back to me from merchants were never credited to my account. Also after looking into my account I had noticed they had double charged me multiple times and repeated transactions that were not done by myself some of these transactions were on the same day same time Etc. and again repeatedly occurred over and over. I have made several complaints to them that they were charging me for even transactions they had even declined and no one has made any effort into rectifying any of these matters when trying to reach someone by phone I get a message that only states to leave a message and when finally someone responded they had frozen my deposit account and refused to have my funds transferred back to my account saying that I had owed them $.900 dollars I then stated how do I owe you guys anything you can see you guys charged me for transactions that were even declined since the beginning I expressed that they did not have the right to freeze my personal deposit account just because I started complaining. About a week and a half gone by and finally a person sent me a email but never spoke on the transactions or my account details just the fact that how they work and asked was there anything more. Also they had a statement on there website that states if you enable in smart save which starts with a portion of your checks get put into a savings deposit but yet that savings was never created by them. Hello, I am disputing a "missed" payment on my account- Me and my wife both did an agreement on our loans to be auto payed for $***** on the 28th of each month from our joint checking account. My wifes payment went through and atlas said the other ***** for my account was rejected by bank (due to duplicate request) bank says they see no second transaction for this, however, atlas says it was rejected. I am assuming the bank thought this was an error from atlas being same amount, date and company- this was NOT our fault and due to this we are being told this will report on my credit as a missed payment, i do NOT agree with this Funds were available and this is an error NOT of ours and error somewhere else because I held up my end of agreement if the bank rejected due to thinking it was a duplicate error from atlas I should not be penalized for this. I am also being told now I cant go back to my original agreement- i do NOT agree with this either. I offered to make the payment with another account to prevent further duplicate errors but told It still don't change anything. this is not fair at all to me - My bank declining has nothing to do with me not holding up my promise to pay , funds were there, they must of thought it was a duplicate from atlas- this is NOT my fault, please fix this!!!Business Response
