    A sales rep came in in November 2023. The savings promised were enough for me to change. Out the gate I was being charged weird extras and things that didnt make sense. The first bill for the equipment lease was insane, and I found out after the fact that its because they charge the first two years sales tax up front, I was assured that that would be refunded if I canceled though and another almost $400 in unmentioned charges were refunded, but they even charge me un mentioned ***************** equipment saying I can only get that removed with a statement from my insurance that they will cover the equipment. I was forced to get a second account with them through TSYS/Cayan to make it work with my POS which wasnt mentioned in the initial pitch and upped my total cost by roughly $100 a month, and when I ran the %s I wasnt saving over my previous provider. They promised refunds that have never been given. They stated in their sales pitch that if they cant save you money theyll move you to someone else. In February they run a savings check on my account and they admitted that I am not saving money; they again promise a refund that is never seen. In March after spending way to many hours fighting to even be equal in expense to my previous provider I wanted out and told them so. They wouldnt respond to my requests to close the account for almost two weeks until I included the direct emails of higher *** from their webpage. I finally get a phone call, and am told I will be allowed to close my account and the early termination fee will be waved, but I am also informed that my equipment lease in non-cancelable. I get an email after the call stating that they actually wont be waving the early termination fee as from their check I am saving money. I replied requesting all future communication be in writing/email and stating that I still wanted the forms to close my accounts as well as my have original contracts to review. The company now isnt responding to me.

    Hello, *********** has contacted me with the attached emails verifying a phone conversation they had with me.  They are closing my account and waving the early termination fee.  They are also ending my lease contract as soon as I close this complaint and sending me labels to return their equipment.  As per the emails they have agreed to reimburse any fees I am charged for use after I ceased using their system in February.  Again, this means any fees or charges from March forward will be reimbursed as soon as they know of the fee and have received their equipment. As this closes my account and terminates my agreement I am satisfied with these terms and would like you to close this complaint as resolved.  Thank you.

    This is a processing company that came to my business that I was getting set up with they messed up everything in the beginning took them 4 months to get my equipment here and started charging me from the first month I have texts and phone calls with proof they told me they were working on a refund n not to worry about it they finally got the equipment to me 4 months later and they had to return it cuz it wasn't working n it was wrong so I **** ok just no im not going g with u guys ur chargeing me monthly for stuff I don't have ans keep messing up so he **** its fine they will cancel me *** get a refund well that was over 6 months ago I have NEVER had there service and they pull from my account every single month I can get ahold of anyone they say I'm canceled yet they keep stealing money from my they have taken over **** from my account over the past 9 months I have all the records and text from them saying it will stop and I will get a refund now im being ghosted and they are still pulling from my account I don't know what to do they keep steeling from me I can't get ahold of then and I am a small business **** hurts I need help resolving this please
