    Ok so I had an issue with one of my devices, call them explain what was the matter and they transfer my call to one of the techs (*******). He is been the best helping my company get the best experience on costumer service. He sent us all the necessary parts for our device to make it work again, we got everything the next day!!! He even call us again to make sure we got everything running and make sure we didnt need anything else, we got the help we need in less then 24 hours. Thank you *******.

    Just switched over to TapIn but so far, the equipment has been good. There was a mix-up with the equipment at first, but they quickly resolved the issue by sending over the correct terminal. Just wish they had paper statements mailed, but everything is easily viewable online. Overall satisfied with the smooth payment processing and looking forward to seeing how it goes!

    The worse experience I have EVER had its so much over 4 months I can't even ****** it all out with out being here for an hr so long story short they scam you, they don't give you ur equipment but they start billing you immediately so I have been getting billed from them for 4 months on something I don't even have and I keep calling in to cancel and they **** im not canceled! It's been 4 months ! And over 500 out of my account.. do not trust this company

    This is a completely false allegation. All of our Merchants have contracts that reflect they are to receive their equipment before we can begin our program and any billing or savings, (which protects both sides) that says our company has to provide the equipment along with a savings.

    Every step of the way is logged into our crm, which includes every merchants call into our customer service, it also contains the quote sheet and agreements signed by the merchant, proof of installation, etc so any false claims can be quickly disproven. 

    It wouldnt make sense for our company to breach our own agreements by not sending the equipment, which is why this claim isnt likely written by a real client of ours, but by someone with maliscoius intent to slander our company. 

    Any clients who have an issue would contact our customer service anytime at **************. Since this claim is completely fabricated, please remove as it is not legitimate.

    This company is outsourcing their sales to incompetent and rude staff. They called me from a blocked number and when I asked some questions about the company the sales rep, she couldn't answer my questions, got upset and hung up on me. With all the choices you have for merchant services, I would NOT use this company
