My husband and I are first time home owners and this was our first time replacing a roof. We were originally told the roof was replaced in 2016 but come to find out after buying the house, it was only patched here and there and had a side shed add on. So the whole roof was actually original and over 25 years old! High Performance Homes knocked on our door and gave us some info and we had been looking into getting a new roof so it seemed kismet. They did a free inspection on our roof and the attic and actually found one of our ventilation tubes had disconnected in the attic. The inspector was kind enough to reattach it while he was up there but noted that it couldve been down for years since he found mold inside our attic (we waived a home inspection when buying the house so we never knew). We compared a few other roof companies but ultimately decided on *** for the cost, the financing options, and the customer service. The whole roof replacement took a total of 3 days. From receiving the materials, taking apart the old roof, installing the new roof, and doing a triple scan around the house for loose nails and screws. The roof looks amazing and I swear our house is 10 degrees cooler upstairs since we got the new roof.High Performance Homes Inc

I’m very happy with the install of my new roof by High Performance Homes. It was an easy process from start to finish. We had a fantastic experience working with High Performance Homes It was a pleasure working with ***** (sales), ****** (coordinator) and ***** (inspector) and truly appreciate the crew for the great quality work! They completed the project on the same day they started, the dumpster was removed the day following the end of the project, the crew ensured to pick up all the debris from the project from our yard (and our neighbors)! Very professional, reasonably priced, communication was clear, constant and concise. Everyone was knowledgeable and experts in their craft. I am extremely impressed with the service we received.
