My experience has been very professional with them. The installers were able to answer any questions and were there to help with anything that I have questions about. ******* was always there to help me through any of the processes? Very cordial very professional very nice person

I was initially contacted by some salespeople who stopped by the house. They did a great job of pitching their windows and painting services, and I had them write up an estimate. They did, and we moved forward with the painting. They were even able to provide financing in well under 30 minutes!Unfortunately, we hit a snag at the beginning. We had scheduled an install date but nobody showed up. I reached out to *** only to find out that the crew had not been booked. There had been some miscommunication about some paperwork that we were ultimately able to work out, but that meant a delay of a few weeks. As someone who works in the homebuilding industry, my biggest issue with this wasn't rescheduling the job. It was the lack of communication. HPH should have reached out to me to tell me that they weren't able to proceed and given me an updated start date. However, once we moved past that, HPH was fantastic to work with. The crew arrived and did a great job. There was a bit of a delay in completion but both the crew and HPH kept me informed of what was going on, and the end result is beautiful! I couldn't be happier with the way the house turned out.The only reason I'm giving four stars is for the lack of communication at the beginning. Everything after that was great.However, I have to give big kudos to ****. ****, I really appreciate you taking the time to consistently reach out to me and to patiently answer all of my questions. You saved this experience for me and I'm grateful for everything you did.High Performance Homes Inc

HPH did a great job explaining to us exactly how the project would go and what changes will be made, the value of the materials and processes they use, and the impressive warranty that comes with the project. The team who worked on the actual roof showed up on time, completed the work in a timely manner and did a great job cleaning up all the debris. Shout out to ****** who was very communicative on the project progress and was available to answer any of my questions. HPH did work for me 9 years ago and after a not so great experience afterwards, I had the opportunity recently to bring up my concerns. The rep that heard of my experience was very prompt in raising it up so that customer service could address. ***** was terrific in calling me back and promptly sending out a rep to inspect and address my concerns. The experience was great and it changed my opinion of the company. I will contact them in the future for other work.High Performance Homes Inc

HPH is an excellent company to work with. I had windows installed. The team was professional, courteous and experienced. They did an excellent job of installation, caulking and attention to details. Surprising (to us), we had an HPH rep do a final inspection, as well as one during the work itself, to assure that we were satisfied with the job. The install crew members were efficient and diligent one day from start to complete, including a thorough clean-up. Customer coordinator (******) was cordial and listened to our responses. Sales reps were professional and pleasant, and advocated for us in accomplishing the paperwork.High Performance Homes Inc

HPH took pains to determine what my not routine roof replacement and repair would require, both structurally and materially, made sure everything was ready to go then completed the install in 2 days. I got my windows replaced and am very happy with the final product. The sales person was a little unprofessional but the installation person was on point. We had one issue during install and he undid his work and corrected it right away. Clean up the install areas and respectful to interact with. Product is good, exactly what I was looking for.
