The Sales Rep knew from the onset that I intended to get two additional bids for my bathroom project, so he worked very hard to prevent that. He claimed that costs of labor and materials would rise and he would use every discount he could to reduce the cost. He explained the company in exhausting detail, as well as materials. I don't feel he was completely truthful about the materials; he stated that my shower unit would be costume made to fit my bathroom from a manufacture back east. I watched the crew put together my shower, it was not a one piece made to fit unit as the Sales Rep told me. I feel I over paid for this project.I would like to state that the crew were very skilled, polite, respectable of my home and answered all the questions I had. *** and ***** were AWESOME. The electrician and plumber were very professional finishing their parts of the project quickly. *** had a helper, sorry I don't remember his name, but he was very nice.

They are very sales focused, but it seems all roofers are. Priced higher than some other quotes, but I like the materials used. The process went smoothly and the only real issues have been some nail pops they assumed we'd be okay with and a dumpster truck they left in our driveway for two days after the project completed. It leaked oil on our driveway and HPH is now working to mitigate the stain left by the oil leak.High Performance Homes Inc

1 starTwo salesmen from High Performance Homes (HPH) came out to my house last week to bid on our roof. We had only moved into the house 3 years ago, so we were not sure how old the roof is and if we even needed a roof at this time. We called because we were seeing some granules in the gutter when we cleaned it so wanted to find out if the roof needed replacing. The two gentlemen, who told us that they had been hired by HPH 1 months previous, came out and inspected the roof. They determined that the roof would last another 5 months to 1 years before catastrophic events befell. The showed us a website siting the huge increase annually in the cost of roof and used the do it now before it costs even more tactic. Next came the pricing. Our roof is ***** feet and has a 6/12 pitch. They guaranteed a replacement price of $57K for the next 12 months. If we sign in the next 90 days, we could get the roof for the low, low price of $51K. But wait, theres more..if we sign RIGHT NOW, before they left, we could get the roof replaced for $47K No pressure.We were not ready to sign right away because, we were shocked at the price, hated the pressure that the salespeople put us under and needed two more estimates.Two days later we had another roofing company come out. The gentleman took one look at our roof and told us that there was no way that it needed replacing. He walked on it, looked under the ***** and could immediately tell that the previous cedar roof had been replaced between 2012-2014 with this new, top of the line Presidential TL roof. Turns out that our roof has about ***** more years of life left in it. We need to have it cleaned and have **** control applied, but the shingles are in great shape and the shedding of the granules is totally normal and will happen throughout the life of the roof. I am totally horrified that HPH attempted to take advantage of my family. This is an unscrupulous business looking to take advantage of unknowing homeowners.Review fromantonio m

1 starContracted the company to install all new windows in my house. The measurement process was easy enough and the order was ready in the time estimated, however 2 of the windows were ordered incorrectly and one showed up cracked. so i had to wait another few weeks to get the 2 mis-ordered to be corrected and another 4 weeks on the cracked one. They then only sent 1 person to install large windows on a second story and i had to burn my PTO for no reason. after a couple months, they finally got all the correct windows in and installed, but had to have touch *** since the installers sliced the frame on one. then the big problems started, 4 of them leaked with the first rain we got. 2 of them quite bad. they did not send anyone out to fix them for 3 months despite coming home to standing water on my wood floor multiple times, and when they finally did that tech said the sealant was very poorly done. but it could've all been avoided if they had someone out immediately. now i have to paint the window *****, and had to repair the soaked planks on my own dime since they have went silent on contact. horrible service and very poor workmanship.Review fromJosh J

Had high performance homes come out to my property for a quote on a new roof, the sales man, *****, went into my attic and stepped through the drywall leaving a massive hole in my ceiling. He assured me it would get fixed but has left me high and dry. It's been over 2 weeks now and still have not heard back from anyone despite my many calls to get it repaired.High Performance Homes Inc

They prioritize my job and got it done even in the middle of a snowstorm. I talked to them about a year before I got my work done. I gave them another call. They came back out and they gave me a pretty good quote. I worked with ********************* he was very straightforward, didnt give me the runaround and was on top of it!High Performance Homes Inc
