Everything about the service was incredible. *** and *** arrive on time for the time window that was scheduled. They showed up, and got straight to work. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to complete the work and provide a phenomenal product. HPH installed our new roof and made sure to be extra attentive during the hot summer heat. I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service and top-notch roof replacement provided by High Performance ********* Their team was lightning-fast, efficient, and professional, completing the job in no time. The quality of their work is outstanding, and their attention to detail is impressive. Not only did they replace my roof with a high-quality new one, but they also took the initiative to add additional vents to improve ventilation and replaced my old skylight with a brand new one. My new roof looks fantastic, and I have complete confidence in its ability to withstand the elements. The extra vents and new skylight have made a huge difference in the comfort and brightness of my home. HPH contacted me via door to door solicitation. I knew i had been needing a new roof for a few years but had kept putting it off. We set an appointment for a sales rep to come inspect and he showed up on time and looked professional. As someone in the professional services business myself, I know that sales and services are separate divisions so i didn't concern myself with the pitch itself but was more interested in the materials and warranty/installation. The salesman did joke about professional companies vs "***** in a truck" which would be funny in retrospect. Between signing and install dates, i was given a different point of contact and i never heard from the salesmen again. Not uncommon for large companies. On the date of install, the weather wasn't great but I assumed they would let me know if they had to postpone. I assumed wrong. After waiting a couple of hours, i called the rep to ask if they would be showing up to work. He said the weather was bad and would be there the next day. The professional thing to do would have been to call me, not the other way around. The next day the crew did show up on time thankfully. As a field service worker myself, i expected to see company trucks and uniforms, what i did see was an old beat up pickup and one guy with a HPH shirt on. I immediately thought to myself, "Its ***** in a truck! ***" I gave him the benefit of the doubt and his crew began their work. They actually did a great job and even cleaned out my gutters. I did need some additional boards replaced, which was handled by the other point of contact as the onsite ******* did not communicate with me directly about any issues. After everything was complete, I didn't receive any communications for a few days and I found myself reaching out to them again to ensure everything was completed and the contract obligations were met. Overall, there was a lack of communication and professional appearance but the end product turned out great.High Performance Homes Inc
