      **************** is great when you visit ********************** at ***************************************************************************************. I ordered a hot tub cover on 10/18/2022. ********************************* was so helpful. She said I should have my new hot tub cover by the end of December. I called on January 3rd, and ***** answered the phone. I asked her when my hot tub cover would be in.She replied, "I have no idea!" I would have thought she would have at least called the company that makes hot tub covers and ask them. But no, with no further discussion. I called back on 01-05-2023, and all you can do is leave a message. Several hours have passed. No callback.
