    I ordered a carnival maple tree. It was supposedly 2 years old. I received what I would call a twig, not even 10 inches tall with a split in what would be the stem. Delivered in a small box. It cost $39.00 plus shipping. Everything about this is wrong. I doubt this small twig will survive. Consider it a rip off.

    I bought a Hippy fin mo Japanese Maple shrub for $39.97 + $9.97 shipping. It is supposed to be a 2 yr graft of the tree, but came looking like a 6mo graft. I planted it immediately and nurtured it thru the winter and shows no sign of growth.

    October 18 I received confirmation that my order for a 3yr graft fireglow japanese maple was placed.After about 2 weeks I received a box (priority mail) which contained some ****** incense, candles, and tea, but no Japanese Maple. I notified Japanese Maples and Evergreens via email on their web site with photo of the wrong product received and requested they ship the Japanese Maple I ordered.To date, there has been absolutely no response from them. They do not answer repeated emails and phone call attempts. There has been no notification that they are going to ship the correct product.Would appreciate any help you folks can offer to get the 3yr graft Fireglow Japanese Maple tree I ordered.Thanks,***************** ******************************************** Ph: ************

    On 8/8/22 I received a plant I had ordered..the plant was clearly not put in proper packaging or marked as a live plant or fragile..the plant arrived to.me broken in half several days after I was supposed to receive it and I have reached out for a refund or a replacement and have gotten no response or anything
