    I ordered a waterfall maple. I received an empty box. The post office stamped my box as received empty. The owner of Japanese Maples has not responded to emails. I have received a refund through the third party I used to purchase the tree.I consider this company poorly managed, poor communicators and unprofessional.

    I order 3 Colorado blue spruce on Amizion It was showing a small tree on the site 1 tall A stick in dirt was deliver what a joke $39.00 each

    Ordered 4 maple 3 years graft and received 4 newly graft about 4 in long.Emailed sellers but they have not responded. Do not order from them.
