3 starsCalled for an estimate and was disappointed they charge a site visit fee, but went for it because the phone customer service was good. The tech was unimpressive and unoptimistic but did say he'd follow up with a bid for the options discussed. I did have him replace a furnace condensation pump while onsite to make the most of being charged anyway. Never received any follow up, call or email with a bid. Had another company come out and give a free estimate and complete the repair I was looking for. So, I've found a reliable company for this work, but it's not D&F.Review fromKimberly B

***** was friendly and listened to my concern carefully, gave me my options clearly, and was able to fix the problem with my garbage disposal quickly. He asked if I had other plumbing issues (I do, but not quite ready for repair yet, which he respected). He explained water pressure issues with old houses, and checked mine at the nearest hose outlet. Not in any way pushy, never once said "Trust me," (which is a phrase that automatically inclines me to distrust any home repair person, I'm afraid). In short, he solved my problem and was informative without lecturing. I'd ask for him again if I need service again. Six stars.

5 stars**** ****** was the technician that helped me today. **** is focused, attentive, very friendly, very experienced and very very fast. I had an old valve that went bad and an old water heater that needed to be replaced. I live in a condo with only one water main and having to shut off the water for repairs shuts off the water for everybody (about 16 units), so it was a timely situation. **** did everything under 4 hours! 1 starAfter a lengthy phone call with phone call with one of the managers explaining my issue and stressing to them that If they can't handle the situation I don't want to waste their time. I have water I'm unsure of where it's coming from. I have had plumbers out and the only conclusion is its seeping from under the building. They assured me they could handle the issue. Turns out they couldn't and now I have a bill for 499 for absolutely no work.Review fromRuth L

5 stars******* arrived early and immediately set to work searching for leaks and fixing a connection that had not been properly capped. At his suggestion, we are now in the process for purchasing a new toilet for our upstairs bathroom. ******* communicated well and explained connections to the outside yard facets in a clear way. We would recommend them to anyone wanting great service and reasonable prices.
