Barking dogs all day and night. Back yards are trash dumps. Management never inspects units. Fireworks on holidays and weekends. Bullies live at ********************. Residents lock their dogs out in the cold and foist their negligence on the neighborhood with their noise pollution. Management never inspects. Dog breeding is not acceptable at ******************** but are the dogs fixed? Its appears not. Management does not respect their investor's properties enough to follow their own rules and hold tenants accountable.The Management Group Inc

I'll believe it when I see it. Just yesterday one of your unit's locked their dogs outside in the cold and rain. The dogs where jumping and screaming trying to open the door. The dogs are barking because they are being abused mentally and physically. Let me lock you or them outside with no protection from the elements. They are nasty people that use nasty language when confronted about their neglect. **** investors should not use *** since they do NOT enforce rules or laws to protect investors and the community.B. When is the inspection taking place? As an investor I would want my investment checked on immediately after a complaint. I called the offices and the person that I spoke with could hear the dogs barking and said that is terrible. They connected me with Jxxxxxxx and said to leave a voiceamil because she will absolutely get back with you ans she ignored my call just like she ignores the property she is responsible for.B. J.

TMG *************************** is an amazing Property Manager. He is very understanding and reasonable with all communication. Our family have had some terrible mishaps and accident and we communicated with ****** and he always goes above and beyond with customer **********************. ****** is a very valuable employee with TMG Property Management. It was a great experience working with ***** at TMG. She was kind, professional and helpful. Communication that I received was clear and prompt. I'm really happy I got to work with TMG on this rental process.
