They told me that they help bad credit and would be able to help me but then they ran my credit report tons of times and it was not accepted they wanted this outrageous down payment and they didn't want to help me once they seen my credit. They had so many hits on my credit report it dropped by 100 points I had no idea that it would lower my credit even more. They didn't call to follow up with me or anything treated me so horrible and wouldn't even try to help me.

Hello, it looks as though your inquiry was made on 06/17/2022. Unfortunately since so much time has passed I am unable to see what lenders you were sent to. However I would like to help shed some light on how credit inquiries actually work. Keep in mind that credit inquiries stay on your credit report for only 2 years. Which mean if you had your credit pulled on 06/17/2022 then they should all fall off your credit shortly.

Here is a direct quote on Experian website:
Most Credit Scores Will Count Multiple Car Loan Inquiries As One
Lenders know that multiple applications for a car loan within a short period of time indicate you are shopping for the best terms, not buying multiple cars. Scoring systems have been designed to reflect that reality.
Therefore, as long as the inquiries were all made within a certain period of time, usually 14 days but sometimes longer, they are counted as just one when calculating your score.
The practice of counting multiple auto loan inquiries as just one enables you to shop for the best rates and terms without hurting your credit scores. The same applies when shopping for a mortgage loan.
However, each inquiry made will still appear individually on your credit report so that you have a complete record of who has accessed it. At ********, inquiries remain on the credit report for two years.

Here is the link to Experian explaining credit pulls in detail. *********************************************************************************************

    Thank you for your time.

On May 18th we purchased a GMC Acadia from Credit Yes. We were told by *************************** that a 30 point inspection is done on their vehicles. We signed paperwork for Santander Consumer USA to be our lender. We immediately noticed there were major issues with the vehicle and were asked to bring it back for it to be looked at. They kept the vehicle quite some time and supposedly new rotors were put on and rear differential replaced. They used half tank of gas we payed for. We continued to have problems. After having it looked at for repairs, we were told that there was significant suspension issues. Over 2K was spent trying to fix the vehicle over a 60 day period. When my first drive out tag was expiring, I went to retrieve a new one and was told by ***** that "we are really good at selling cars but not funding them". I proceeded to ask if there was any problem with the financing as I was concerned we were putting money into a vehicle we would not end up owning. I was told there was no issue. We continued driving the vehicle (for work) as they were aware that we would be doing. 2 days before our second temp tag was set to expire and after receiving a letter from Santander that our financing wasn't approved we returned the vehicle. Including down payment we were 3K in the whole not including loss of income. We were lied to, saying corporate had to approve reimbursement. Apparently there is no corporate. They never finalized funding on our vehicle and refuse to reimburse even the down payment. It is not our fault that they did not get funding. We began being treated as if we "just couldn't afford" the payment and noted the miles on the car. We were then told to pay them directly until financing went through. This was not the "deal". In addition, the owners were consuming alcohol during the signing. While I understand they may not be legally liable for repairs, this is bad business and they did not get the financing so we are owed our 1K down payment.
