Do not recommend this place. *** through the preapproval process and was given an appointment the next day for the lot. I sat down with the salesman and he asked me what I was looking for. I said a small suv like a ***** Traverse or a **** Escape. He asked what I was wanting to pay in payments so I told him and he left to go see what he could do. Before showing me anything on the lot or telling me what he was doing ran my credit. He pulled a Jeep Cherokee up to the front and had me look at it. I asked if that was all he had to show me and he said yes for what I wanted to pay a month. I took the car for a test drive and noticed the odometer flashing. I asked if why it was flashing and he said it was because the oil life hadn't been reset. When we got back I asked how much the car was and he told me he wouldn't know that until he figured out the payment. I ended up buying the car due to feeling backed into a corner because that was all they had and had already run my credit and I needed a car to get back to work. This was when I learned the price of the car was just under $23,000. The next day I looked online and saw multiple other options that I was never shown for small suv's one of which was a **** Escape. They were all priced lower than the Jeep as well. After **** miles I changed the oil and reset the oil life only to have the odometer continue to flash. Went back to the dealership and told them about it and showed the manager who was there and was not the same manager on duty when I bought the car and was told he would talk with someone else and put me on the "call back list" and they would call me when they figured out what they wanted to do about it. I told them I would be glad to take it to the Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealer in my town if they would like to cover the bill to find out what the issue was since they do not employ mechanics at the dealership. He declined my offer. This was 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything from anyone.

They are not professional..I purchased a car May 27th 2022.I was contacted by faith while i was at work on February 1st 2023 saying my vin number on my car doesn't match my registration. So I was told it was going to be fixed.Come to find out it was never fixed so on a on Aug 14 2023 faith decides to repo my car for a mistake they made.I had my belongings in the car she wouldn't let me get them out of the car.I wouldn't recommend anyone getting a car from them. The car not doesn't even exist in ********* anymore but she is still selling cars how is that possible

This is a junk company that lies to people in order to get them into the dealership. All while hitting your credit and feeding you lies about how much you can be approved for. Just to find out you can't be approved for that much if anything at all. The salesman at the dealership that I went to said the pre-approval verification number they give you means absolutely nothing. And that they only do that cause the dealership pays them a lot of money to get people to go to the dealership they are promoting! Stay away from ***************** in *****, **. And never give your info to CreditYes.

I live in ********, ******. The wife went down to the Credit Yes lot on *********** here in ********. She traded in our 2014 ********** Outlander sport on a 2014 Hyndai ***** Fe. We had problems getting it to go through DEQ. They recommended it that we take it thier shop so we did. That did not fix it so we took it to the dealer ship. In the mean time our trip permit expired. They did give us another one. Then we det the registration in the mail no plates. So we contact the **** According to them there is supposed to be plates on the car. So we call the dealer ship and according to them there are plates on the car. The wife then explains to them she has no plates. So they had to talk to the person who Handel's the titles. So now they have supposedly ordered the plates but our trip permit is about to expire.Q
