  If I could give them no stars I would. I have called multiple times to discontinue Bridge City Firm services and each time I call them they continue to say that they will return my call and will not receive a call back. The one time I did receive a call back was when I threatened to report them to BBB and then when they did call me back the one time they wouldn't send me a confirmation that my services have been discontinued and they charged me for that services for that month and I have yet to receive a credit back from the charges. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They have have not been a resource and all they have done is charged me repeatedly monthly. Their customer service is awful and the number they give is just a call center and have yet to return any email request I have sent them. If anyone is using this company cancel as soon as you can.

  They failed. 1. I offer *************** and early payoff, but Bridge City Firm advertised insurance and Debt Modification plans for erasing debt. I want to be represented honestly. 2. on the Bridge City Firm site, and by phone telemarketer, it is described that live people will verify contacts, and make my phone ring. **************** says that isn't true. Since I did generate leads myself on ****** and FB, I believed they could do what I did. However, they did not verify any leads or make my phone ring. Bridge City Firm did create and fill a Database of non-verified leads and make it look like I was getting leads. I dialed and called 100 of them, and none were people looking to pay off debt early. Surprisingly, many were debt free! 3. While Bridge City Firm managed my Verified ****** Map listing, the manager changed the name of my biz to an Explicative, which caused ****** to ban my listing, costing me much time and frustration, and a loss of the advertising created by myself. 4. To keep me as a client, Bridge City Firm offered more services, which were not fulfilled, and lowered the monthly charge, which made no difference in delivering the initial promises. When I asked to cancel and for a refund, they stopped responding to calls and emails from me. It was even difficult to get a response to verify they had cancelled the auto payment. Eventually Bridge City Firm did respond and verify the auto charge is stopped. There has been no response about a refund or communication.

  I got a call from a Bridge City Firm's salesperson by the name of *****. Seemed like a great guy.I bought into the idea that a first *********** listing would be valuable to my business.So, I have him my credit card info with the understanding that I would not be charged until they have successfully got my business on the first page of ****** When I saw he charged my account minutes later I called to complain but ***** would not take my calls and all calls know went to their answering service.I sent a several emails and finally heard from ******************* who said he was their ******************* manager. I said he would reduce the cost to $199 and if I had any issues moving forward to give him a call. He gave me what I thought was his personal line and email.Guess what, he has NOT responded once and it's now 3 1/2 months later and they have hit my credit card again for $199 for the second time in addition to the initial $399 charge.I would NOT recommend working with this firm under any circumstance.I did get a calls from a customer service person by the name of **** who was to help me with the ****** video. But she couldn't even tell me where to upload it. After several weeks she called again and we tried again, like last time we set up and had success with the ****** phone verification only to learn that my ****** Business profile had been suspended. These guys are suppose to be pro's at this. Far from it. When I asked ****, should I be opening up your email on my phone and then start the process for the video upload? and of course she said YES it won't work if you are using your computer. She said they would send me a new email to try again.Which has NOT been received AS of this post. I've tried to remain patient as I truly wanted the online presence. I will look elsewhere their follow up is below unacceptable to say the VERY least!

  First of all these guys at Bridge City promised me the first page on ****** after 3 months its been a year now and I am not even in the search engine. They don't answer your calls and charge your credit card even after you tell them to cancel due to no services they promised. They will hold your business hostage and do something on social media and on ****** for your business to be suspended and they will avoid your calls at all costs I waited for hours and no one answered, don't do it stay away from these crooks!

  Couldn't be happier! People nowadays only write reviews when they're unhappy and that's a sad thing. For our company, we're beyond happy with what Bridge City has done for us. We're in the top next to the map and getting calls for our services daily! This is one of the best marketing investments we've ever made! A big thanks to the Bridge City team!

  After taking $1200 from me, they realized they forgot to validate my account after I did their video verification 3 times. I asked if they would credit that for the following few months since I was paying for a service I wasn't getting to use, and "coincidentally" I suddenly can't reach anyone for the past few weeks, even though they were calling me several times a week when they were still receiving my money. Absolute scam. Do not engage with them.

  I originally paid 400 to get started with bridge city. The sales person promised the world and was pushy while in the sales cycle. I did not get any value from this purchase and am almost **** in the hole from these guys. They had **** the client retention manager reach out to save the business he promised me two weeks free as well as leads. They charged my account not once but twice before they were supposed to. Called and tried to cancel and get my refund now its a month later Ive sent emails made phone calls with no response. These guys are a scam. 0 stars this is a Mickey ***** business. Waist of time and money. NEVER AGAIN

  I haven't used them, however, they constantly call my office from different phone numbers claiming to be ******* Quality Control." I have asked to be taken off of their call list as I have been routinely getting calls from them almost weekly for the last year. I am confused on how they are able to get away with saying they are with ******* Quality Control" when they are an entirely different company attempting to sell you SEO services.

  Do not follow-through on anything after they pass you off from their sales rep. *** a scheduled on-boarding meeting...they never reached out. I reached out to them and they passed me around before verifying who I was and saying they needed to hang ** in order to call me back to continue the conversation(???). Clearly a fraud.
