    We had to recently put down our elderly dog a couple of weeks ago. We decided to get it done at St. Francis Animal Hospital in *********. We paid them for a **** ******** for my dog, which we got there when my last dog passed a few years ago.After I called to make sure that everything was in order for the ******** mold, I submitted the paperwork to get her cremated at the separate facility they make you work with, which also offers **** ********s. We didn't sign up for the ********s through them, because we purchased it separately through St. Francis.Now, weeks later, St. Francis informs us they never did a ******** for her. They don't do that there anymore apparently, but had absolutely no problem collecting my money for it where the person at the front desk said nothing to inform me they don't do ********s. Again, there was no mention of it when I called 3 days later to confirm before the deadline they give you to work with the cremation people. Now I don't have a ******** memory for ******, even after paying and confirming with them.Don't do business here. They only want your money and collect for services they don't even provide.
