I placed an order a month ago and have emailed twice now about it. It has not shipped. I have had no communication with the winery. They just ignore you and take your money but dont send you the product you paid for! The only reply I have gotten is an automated email reply to both emails saying the exact same thing we are a small business and doing the best we can. So odd they cry small business but keep doing celebrity endorsements and instead of closing the website they just accept more orders than cannot fulfill? Odd indeed.Initial Complaint

We have been Nocking Point wine club members since it began. Over the last year, orders have been arriving late. In addition, we never received our September box. When I inquired, I received a form email that stated all shipments were on hold due to extreme temperatures. They are still selling wine on their website with no notice anywhere about shipping issues. In addition, we ordered their wine fir ******* early in the summer which was delivered. If shipments cant restart, we want to cancel our membership.Business Response

We have recently moved from one customer service platform to a new one. We've lost a few emails as we merged the customer service emails from one platform to the other. There shouldn't be any problems moving forward, we'll be able to answer reply to these emails quickly.
Thank you!

I placed an order on 8/4/22. I was charged for the order. I still havent received the order and I have tried to contact customer service. I emailed 8/25, 9/4, & 9/7. I have not received a response from my inquiries. Then on 9/1/22 they charged me for my quarterly subscription. I still havent received that order. *********** is about an hour from where I live. I received a blanket email on 9/12/22 stating they couldnt ship because of extreme heat in the area. It hasnt been extreme heat for weeks. Im extremely frustrated that no one has responded to my inquiries. I need to cancel my quarterly subscription. Which I sent an email about which is their policy. Since I havent received any products nor been contacted by anyone from Nocking Point, I would like my money back from the order on 8/4 and 9/1.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:I received an email from BBB on 10/18/22 stating that my case had been closed because Nocking Point had not responded to the BBB in a timely manner to the complaint I made on 9/26/22. My orders were not preorders and were definitely not fulfilled in a timely manner either. The first order was on Aug 4 and the second was 9/1/22. Two and half months later for one and one and a half months later for the other is not acceptable. Per my BBB complaint, since I had not received any response from my emails/DMs/Tweet to Nocking Point and had not received the products, I wanted my orders cancelled. Its upsetting to know that they clearly had received either the BBB complaint and/or my emails because I did receive an email that my quarterly subscription was cancelled but failed to respond to me and to the BBB about cancelling my orders but tried to send them to me. Many issues would have been resolved had I received ANY kind of ***************** I leave ********************** a very upset customer for over 7 years. *************** to the email I received regarding Nocking Points response.
Per many attempts to contact the company and not receiving ANY responses nor products MONTHS after ordering and having the money charged to my credit card, I went to my credit card and disputed the charge. It looks like Nocking Point responded (over a month later at the cut off point) to my credit card company. The credit card company refunded my charges. I cannot tell from my end if the charges will added again because of Nocking Points response.
I will be happy to considered this complaint closed IF my refund that the credit card company issued is left alone.
Thank you,

I have had a quarterly wine club subscription with this company for more than a year. I have been trying to cancel my subscription with this company since June 2022 but have not received a response. The cancellation policy states that cancellation can only be done 14 days prior to a shipment so I sent my emails well before that. My next shipment after my first email was 9/1/2022. I emailed on 6/14/2022, 6/20/2022, and 7/5/2022 so that I wouldnt get billed for the next shipment. I received no response regarding my request and was billed again on 9/1/2022. I would like to get a refund for this shipment 9/1/2022 and cancel all future shipments. I was hoping someone would respond to my emails but I have received no acknowledgment from anyone. It looks like a recurring problem with this company so I am filing this complaint before I get charged again in 3 months.Initial Complaint

On June 14, 2022, I contacted the company to inquire about the wine club order for which I had been charged that had still not arrived after 4 weeks. No response from the company. I followed up on June 22, 2022, and still no response. I sent a wine club cancellation request to the company on June 23, 2022, per their online FAQs for requesting a cancelation (cancel any time policy). No response from them. I emailed them on July 4, 2022. No response. I located them on Instagram and sent them a message on Instagram letting them know I was not receiving good customer service. I did receive a response that asked for the email associated with my account. I gave it to them and asked that they cancel my wind club subscription. The message showed "seen" but I never received a reply. I assumed they had taken care of it since I knew that they had seen the message on Instagram however on the morning of Sept. 1, 2022 (today) I received an email from the company thanking me for my wine club purchase and got an alert on my credit card that I had been charged. I find this fraudulent since I requested cancellation multiple times. I am filing this complaint because I believe the company is practicing fraud by not complying with their cancel any time policy by ignoring the customer. There is no phone number either for me to be able to speak directly to the company.Customer Answer

I received a cancelation email from Nocking Point wine. I had to cancel payment on my credit card and file a complaint with my bank to block them from billing my credit card. I believe that is the reason I received an email. I still think they are a fraudulent company who will continue to dubious business practices.

I ordered a gift for someone else for the monthly wine subscription where 2 bottles/month are sent. With the drop down menu, i selected 12 so that this would occur for 12 months. The receiver of the gift indicated to me that they received 12 bottles the first shipment. I emailed the customer support (only email is provided, no phone number on company website. Phone number on my credit card transactions does NOT go through at all with busy signal). No one has replied to my inquiry from July 21 nor three follow up emails. I have since been charged for another month and this shipment shows 24 bottles being sent. I understand there is a 14 day cancellation however the ordering was misleading since it did not indicate the drop down menu was for # months or # bottles (it indicated 2/month on the website so why would only 12 bottles be sent the first shipment and not 24 based on 2/month. But then second shipment shows 24 bottles being sent?). The delay in their customer service and website ordering has lead to an additional recurring charge for month of august and i have no communication back from company this has been cancelled. How can a consumer cancel and get assistance if noone repliesBusiness Response

I am rejecting this response because:
- I see now that 36 bottles were shipped in August (two separate shipments) to the gift recipient and was charged an additional amount ($701.35) for month of August. The response to the complaint did not address my original inquiry in July email. My intention was the monthly membership of 2 bottles per month for 12 months. 12 bottles were sent in July (all the same bottle- no variety). This was not the intention per my email back in July. 24 bottles total was intention for one total payment. Now i was charged double where an additional 12 bottles were sent in august plus 24 bottles. Again, this could have been resolved before being charged again if customer service resolved my inquiry timely. Please advise how to resolve shipment of 24 extra bottles and issue refund.
Sincerely,

Hello, I subscribed to knocking point wines and wanted to cancel my subscription after my first month. I sent out an e-mail to customer support as listed on the website on April 28, my subscription was never cancelled, so I followed up with another e-mail on May 2nd. In that e-mail I specifically requested for a refund, I sent another e-mail on May 24th to get my subscription cancelled, it was not and I was charged again. At this point in time I have not received any information from the company regarding my cancellations request. I recently sent another cancellation request on July 29. The total amount that I have paid due to the company not cancelling my subscription is currently at $194.75 but it would be $260.25 if the subscription for the upcoming month is not cancelled. The email associated with my account is ***********************Business Response

On February 25, 2022 I responded to a solicitation to purchase a case of Nocking Point's "Evoltra" wine. The representative who contacted me was a celebrity athlete who claimed to be providing the artwork that accompanied the wine order and that everyone who ordered a case would get the exclusive "Evoltra" Non-Fungible Token (***). I ordered and paid for the wine primarily because I was interested in the *** that would accompany the order. I received my case of wine but not the ***. I was told that Nocking Point would be contacting me directly regarding the delivery of my ***.In summary, I have never been contacted by Nocking Point regarding the ***. I have contacted their representative (celebrity athlete/artist) on several occasion and each contact resulted in an excuse, explanation or, in my opinion, outright lie. Contacting the company directly is like trying to get in touch with the President of the ****! Perhaps even harder. Now, over five months after my purchase, I have still not received the promised ***. That is despite being told by their representative that the artwork is complete and that I would receive my ***. And, that same representative told me that the *** art would be a collector's piece worth "5 or 6 figures". Not only is this company fraudulent, they are selling unregistered securities and should be shut down.I would like the *** that was promised as an inducement to purchase their wine. But nobody should conduct business with this company.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I was, indeed, contacted by Mr. ************************* who instructed me to open a digital wallet for receipt of the *** in question. I created a digital wallet as he suggested and I provided ************** with my digital wallet information. He told me he forwarded it to Nocking Point and they would be in touch with me regarding the delivery of the ***. I have never been contacted by the company nor have I received delivery of the ***. This is just a continuation of the delaying tactics with which I have been dealing for the last five months.
