      The ******* own a **************************************************************** March. The damages were all located on the outside of the suburban. The hood had a dent, key marks to the driver side mirrordoor, small dent by gas lid and a cracked windshield. The ******* contracted the repair work with ******** Collision in Wenatchee, WA around the beginning of April . ******** ******** has scheduled for the suburban to be dropped off and repaired with a 3-day repair timeframe. On ******** without ANY prior communication from ******** on the status of the job . the ******* called ******** Collision to see the status of the repair. ***** a associate from ******** told the ******* to come in 30 minutes to pick it up that they are putting it back together now .Upon arrival the ******* noticed associates inside of the engine bay of the suburban messing with things still , ******* continued walking into the office. ***** instructed the ******* to pay the bill immediately upon walking in before answering any questions. The ******* did so and then ***** instructed the ******* that the windshield has not been fixed and didnt know when it could be fixed.Despite just paying for it in full, waiting for 4 months and days past the expected repair date it was still not installed.Upon further inspection of the Suburban, a large white paint like substance was poured all over the seats of the suburban, backsplash of the spill on the dashboard, floors, steering wheel, engine bay . all the electronics, motors, door panels whilst leaving a unbearable toxic fumes inside of the suburban making it undrivable. the paint job has numerous bubbles present that will fail, they did NOT replace the suburban logo after removing despite also paying for that The ******* went back inside of the office of ******** Collision to demand an explanation of the damages to the custom suburban, the associate ***** said he did not know what happened and asked his co workers to clean
