      I had my Audi A4 attena replaced last year. During the repair they accidently broke my rear speaker cover and my passenger side grab bar while replacing the headliner. I received my car back in a timely manner. The problem was the cover and grab bar were on back order and it took a couple months for the speaker cover to come in. That was replaced but the grab bar was still on back order. I told dthem I needed it repaired ASAP because I needed to sell the car. They said they did not know when the part was going to come in. I then ordered the part myself and received it in 5 days and had it installed a few days later paying for it myself. When I called and asked them to reimburse me they said NO and to contact my insurance company. I have been trying to get my insurance company to pay for it for over a month now. Feeling frustrated that I can't get reimbursed for something that was not my fault.
