    Leonard evans slogan claims they service what they sell. I purchased my car from Leonard evans December 2021 , they replaced my transmission in the summer of 2022. I immediately reported there was still something wrong with the job done. Nothing was done and come December 2022 I let them know the problem still persisted. January of 2023 I left my car for over a month to have it diagnosed again, in that month nothing was done to the car to get an answer to my problem. After taking my car back I continued to ask them what we can do about the car problems. They said to bring the car In so they could look at it , even though they just had a month to do so and nothing came of that month without my car. After a few upset rude words on my end Leonard evans called me back saying that if thats how I feel about them that I need to find a new shop to service my car that I purchased from them.

    We are in receipt of the complaint filed from ********************* which was received via email on 2/28/23.  

    Thanks for bringing this concern to the Managements attention as we take our customers opinions of us very seriously and strive for excellent customer service.  

    ******************** purchased this 17 **** Edge from our dealership on December 1, 2021.  

    It has been documented by both the customer and the dealership that there have been mechanical concerns regarding this vehicle.   We also want to extend an apology to **** as she was told to find a new shop to service her vehicle at.  

    Though not an excuse, we have had a large employee turnover in our service department recently and, unfortunately, the words spoken to ******************** by one of our employees does not accurately reflect this companys position on Servicing What We Sell  

    We are currently in the process of resolving and fixing the mechanical concerns on Ms. ********* vehicle.  Ms. ********* 17 **** Edge is currently in our service department and being worked on.  It is our sincerest goal to make this right for our customer and have a positive resolution for her.

    As always, we would invite ******************** into the dealership to have a sit-down conversation with our Management Team for any further clarifications or information needed in this matter.
