I went in to look for a used car on May 19, 2023. I found a ****** that I made an offer on. They rejected the offer, which is fine. I asked them to shred my personal information as I had not applied for financing and only made an offer on a car. In order to make an offer, they asked for my ID, social security number and all of my personal information...so, I felt it very important that they shred it when the deal was not going to happen. The Manager there, "*****," was extremely rude. He talked down to me. He treated me like I was not worth his time to talk to. As a single hardworking Woman, I felt very taken back by his demeanor towards me. It was not a 2023 approach. He tried to be very dominating. He refused to shred my information or give me back my paperwork. Instead, he very abruptly, circled his chair around, opened an unlocked file drawer and placed it in a file. Telling me that by law he can keep anything that I gave him. I asked him again to give me back my personal identification information. He laughed at me and disregarded my request. His office was not locked. The cabinet was not locked. It was such an invasion of my privacy. I contacted the Office of attorney General, while they could not give me legal advice, they told me that I should contact an attorney. That would be a mute point at this time...as "Radek" could have copied, sold or done whatever he chose to do with my identification. This whole experience was so unsettling...knowing that this man had my total identity, that he was hostile and downright rude...and could do whatever he wanted with it. I am so not impressed with my experience at Leonard Evans due to "Radek." I will state that "****," the sales person, was very kind.

We purchased a ***** Silverado with the check engine light on and the sales person assured us it would be fixed. Today I will be taking it in for the 3rd time. They "fix " it and I drive away and the light comes back on. They are not fixing it.
