  My experience with Buildiums customer service has been nothing short of terrible. Ive been trying to get the necessary tax documentation that they are required to provide, but they have ignored my calls and emails. To make matters worse, they closed my complaint twice without offering a solution.I even requested to speak with a supervisor multiple times, but that request has been completely ignored as well. Its unacceptable to be left without critical financial documents and no way to escalate the issue. If youre considering Buildium, bewaretheir support team is unreliable and unresponsive when you need them the most.Would not recommend based on this frustrating experience.

  *** completely appalled with buildium! We continually try to make fraudulent charges on my account, of course, my landlord fights with them and acts as though they've never done anything wrong, the only one that has a complaint yet I come on to the Better Business Bureau. And there's thousands of complaints about the same thing that i'm saying I go on and I look at *********** on ****** and I see thousands of the same reviews being made that. Ive been saying. I just don't think it's right for them. To try to make fraudulent charges on a bank account numerous different times in a month. I have taken screenshots of every single incident and I plan on taking legal action. Because this is not okay, it's unacceptable and it's illegal. I've been dealing with this issue since july of 2024. And unfortunately, the property management that uses buildium here in northern Alabama refuses to look at the facts! Instead, they'd rather treat the tenant as though there in the wrong even though like I said, I have all the proof since first renting and paying rent! I've talked to a few others around this area that are dealing with the same thing! It's disgusting that property management rentals use this software and then refuse to see the problems.

  This company has poor business practices- for that reason I would not recommend them.They expect you to leave a credit card or bank account on file and then they change their fees mid subscription. I paid for an annual subscription- it was almost 2000$. The incoming EFT fees were waived with the growth subscription. 6 months in they changed their policy and now they charge for incoming EFT fees. When I spoke to customer services they could do nothing for me- and said that in the contract they can change their fees any time. Since I have already paid for a year- I am stuck and they can up their charges any time they see fit. This company has poor business practices- bait and switch technique.If I had known this I would have found someone else.I would not recommend them!
